tsp salt

1L (4 cups) boiling water

olive oil

milliliters (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice

tbsp red pepper paste

tomatoes,

brown onion, halved, coarsely chopped

green capsicum, halved, deseeded, coarsely chopped

green shallots, ends trimmed, coarsely chopped

fresh continental parsley, coarsely chopped
