Christmas Truffles are not only adorable, but they are also so good! With sprinkles inside and out this treat can&#x27;t get any more festive!

Christmas Truffles

white cake mix

all purpose flour

sugar

butter (melted)

vanilla

milk

Christmas sprinkles

white chocolate chips (or vanilla almond bark)

In a large bowl, whisk cake mix, flour, and sugar. Stir in melted butter, vanilla, milk, and sprinkles. The mixture should be moist and be able to hold its shape easily when formed.

Using a cookie scoop, form mixture into even balls and refrigerate 20-30 minutes.

In the meantime, melt chocolate in a double boiler or slowly in the microwave. Using a fork, drop one of the cake batter truffles into the chocolate and roll around to coat. Tap off the excess gently and transfer to a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

Top with more sprinkles, if desired.

Cheesecake Cake Batter Dip

Dairy cream cheese (room temperature)

sour cream

tsp vanilla extract

sprinkles

Graham Crackers

Place cream cheese in your mixing bowl and beat on medium high speed for 3 minutes, or until it becomes light and whipped.

Bring speed down to medium and add the sour cream and vanilla, mix until incorporated. Slowly add the powdered sugar and cake mix to the bowl and mix until combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula and then gently fold in the sprinkles.

Serve cold with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit slices. Enjoy!

This cake batter gelato takes the classic cake flavor and puts it into a creamy treat that should be enjoyed every day of the year (not just your birthday)! Note: 1 serving = 1 pint

Ninja Creami Cake Batter Gelato

Vanilla Extract

Sugar

2% Milk

Heavy Cream

Egg Yolks

Cake Mix

Salt

Combine 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup 2% milk, 3/4 cup heavy cream, 2 egg yolks, 1/4 cup cake mix, and a dash of salt in a pot and cook on the stove at medium heat for 5 minutes, whisking constantly. This will ensure the eggs will not be scrambled.

Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it does not go over the max fill line.

Wait for the pint to cool, then place it into the freezer (ensuring it is on a flat surface). Freeze for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer, and plug in your Ninja Creami machine! Time for the magic.
Remove the lid from the pint and grab the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Place the pint securely into the outer bowl and cover with the lid. Once the lid is on, place the outer bowl into the machine, twisting to the right until it locks into place. Press the "Gelato" button and (try to) wait patiently for the creamy treat coming your way.

Once the process is finished, press and hold the button on the left side of the Creami to twist the bowl to the left and remove it from the machine. Twist the lid off of the outer bowl and remove the pint.

Top off the cake batter gelato with some rainbow sprinkles and enjoy!

Cake Batter Cinnamon Rolls

cream

olive oil

2½ tsp active dry yeast

all-purpose flour

tsp salt

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

butter (softened)

Brown Sugar

Cinnamon

yellow cake mix (in powdered form)

Sprinkles (divided)

In a large pot combine milk, cream, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup oil. Heat on high until just about to boil and then turn off heat. Let the mixture cool to warm (about 45 minutes to an hour).

Add the packet of yeast and let it sit for a few minutes. Then add 4 cups of flour and stir with a wooden spoon till a dough forms.

Cover with a clean towel and let rise for an hour.

After an hour add the remaining 1/2 cup flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Incorporate into the dough, and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll the dough out into a rectangle shape.

Combine the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix until combined and crumbly. Spread evenly over the rolled out dough, making sure to reach all the edges. Sprinkle the cake mix powder evenly over the dough as well as half of the sprinkles.

Starting with the long edge, roll up the dough, making one long tube. Use a sharp serrated knife to cut the dough into 14 equal size disks. Place into two round 9 inch cake pans that are greased. Cover loosley and let rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes.

For The Filling

Combine the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and stir till smooth. Pour over warm cinnamon rolls and top with the remaining sprinkles!

Prepare all ingredients

Start preparing all of the ingredients. Have your eggs at room temperature and separate egg whites and yolks. Sweetener is best to have powdered for baking as it melts much easier. If you have made our recipes, prepare jam and powder, and make the frosting if you have not. At the same time, heat your oven to 160 Celsius or 320 Fahrenheit. 

Whisk Egg Whites and Egg Yolks

Using your kitchen machine, place egg whites into the bowl and mix until fluffy. Place the bowl aside. Using a second bowl, add egg yolks together with sweetener and whisk. 

Once you whisk your egg yolks, scoop in the egg whites into the bowl and mix on low until combined.

Add the rest of the Ingredients

Add all other ingredients using a spoon while your machine keeps whisking them. 

Pour and Bake

Once your cake batter is thoroughly combined, pour it onto the large cake pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. 

Spread Jam

Make sure your sheet cake is thoroughly cooled before going into the next steps. Make small holes throughout the cake using the back of the spatula or wooden stick. This will help your jam to get directly into the cake to add more moisture and flavor.  Once your holes are all made, cut your sheet cake into half and spread half of the strawberry jam on one half of the cake. Place the other half of the top of the cake to form two layers. 

Extra Jam and Frosting

Spread the rest of the jam on top of the second layer of the cake. On top of that goes meringue frosting. You can either spread it with a spatula or fill our icing bag and frost it. 

Strawberry Powder

Lastly comes our strawberry Powder. Place powder into the sieve or bigger tea sieve, as I have done, and gently powder your whole cake with dehydrated strawberry powder.

In a small jar, add all ingredients except oats. Stir to combine.

Add oats and stir again. Then gently press down with a spoon to make sure all oats are fully submerged in the liquid.

Cover and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.

Serve as is, or top with vegan whipped cream or other additions of choice.

This Paleo Lemon Pound Cake is so simple, but so delicious! Made with gluten free, dairy free + refined sugar free ingredients, this cake is moist, tangy + everything you want in a baked good.

Paleo Lemon Pound Cake

coconut oil OR ghee***

coconut flour

1.5 tsps baking powder***

Preheat the oven to 350f or 175c. Line a bread pan with parchment paper or grease well!

In a large bowl, mix together all of the wet ingredients until thoroughly combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients + stir until the batter is well mixed.

Spoon the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. (Baking time will differ based on your oven.)

Allow to cook for 5 minutes in the pan before removing to cool on a cooling rack.

Slice and serve OR top with optional, non-paleo glaze

Mix together the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle over the top!

Bread was delicious but mine fell apart nonetheless  it got devoured I wonder what I did wrong?

I have made this a few times - great recipe! You can stir in a cup of blueberries and it is over the top! I also like making it in a small bread pan (6x3 or so) and it rises beautifully.

So so good. Gluten free bread can be hard to get right but this one is amazing. Love lemon anything. I added a few drops of lemon essential oil last time I made it because I was low on lemons and it worked well.
