I'm new to the keto diet and I've enjoyed several of your recipes so far! I just bought your cookbook and can't wait to get it in the mail! The cauliflower hashbrowns were delicious. I cooked them in my air fryer instead of a skillet and they were perfect.

This is an amazing recipe I read in the previous blog an agree got a paper towel and took out most of the moisture out of the cauliflower.
 Instead of the head of Collie flower I went with the pre-chopped and just shopped a little finer.
 For the salt and pepper I substituted the salt for Grill Mates Garlic Roast and Herb seasoning, I also substituted the Canadian bacon for the MorningStar Farms hot and spicy sausage veggie patties, Delish!
 Add more starch and egg depending on your batch size a pinch was definitely not enough more like a  tablespoon or more. Did a test run with a small patty to make sure that it came together everything was great.
 The hollandaise sauce was good definitely recommend!

These did not turn out like the video.  May need more than a pinch of cornstarch.  Maybe squeeze out any moisture in cauliflower?  Mine was pretty dry and still turned out mushy. Browned up nicely, then went to flip them, but they flopped.  Too much moisture in them to firm up nicely like pictured. 2/5 for technique, 3/5 for taste. Its edible, but not sure I would try this again.
