1. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Add the tea bags, cover and steep for 10 minutes.2. In a high powder blender, combine the cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, honey, hemp seeds, cashews, and steeped tea. Blend on medium for 2 minutes, then blend on high for about 1 minute or until the drink is smooth and frothy. Pour into a mug. If desired, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and hemp seeds. Enjoy!

Easy Chai Latte Recipe

black tea bags ((optional; I like to use Darjeeling))

If using tea, keep in mind that this drink will have caffeine. Heat up the almond milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat, until it begins to bubble around the edges of the pan. Turn off the heat, and add the 2 tea bags to the pot of hot milk. Wait 3 to 5 minutes for the tea to steep, then remove the bags and continue with the next step.

If you&#039;re skipping the tea, add the plain almond milk to a sauce pan.

Now that the milk is in the saucepan (whether it&#039;s been brewed as tea, or not) add in the cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and maple syrup. Whisk to combine, stirring over medium heat, until the mixture is piping hot. 

Adjust any seasoning to your taste and serve immediately. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge. You can serve them chilled over ice, or reheat on the stove again.

This quick and refreshing iced chai tea latte can be made with just 4 ingredients in about 5 minutes.

Quick Iced Chai Tea Latte

½ cup filtered water (divided)

chai tea bags

(8 grams) granulated sugar (*)

milk (any percentage)

In a small pot or microwave-safe cup, bring ¼ cup of the water to a boil on the stove or in the microwave. Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.

Stir in sugar until completely dissolved and add remaining ¼ cup of cold or room-temperature water. Set aside.

Fill 1 16-ounce cup with 1½ cup of ice. Add milk.

Pour chai mixture over the milk and stir to combine. Top with optional whipped cream if desired, and enjoy!

Make the iced chai tea

Steep the chai tea bags in the boiling water for 5 - 8 minutes. Remove the tea bags, and stir in the sugar until it dissolves. Let the tea cool to room temperature and then chill it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Wait until you are ready to drink the latte before adding in the cream and ice.

Make the pumpkin cold foam

In a tall glass, use a milk frother to froth the pumpkin pie filling, pumpkin pie spice, milk, cream and sugar. Froth for 1 - 2 minutes until the cold foam thickens up.

Make the latte

Add the 2 tablespoons of cream to your chilled iced chai tea and stir until well combined. Add in a handful of ice cubes. Then, gently scoop the pumpkin cold foam on top of the iced chai tea. There should be stiff foam that sits on top, and some runnier foam that will seep down into the chai tea. Serve immediately.

Combine the water, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla bean in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.
