oz cream cheese (room temperature)

oz strawberry yogurt

vanilla extract

Place the whipped topping, cream cheese, pudding mix, vanilla extract, and yogurt into a large bowl. Whisk together until fully combined and smooth. Cover the mixture and refrigerate until ready to make the salad or for about one hour.

Wash, pat dry the berries.

Remove cream mixture from the refrigerator and gently fold in berries, stir gently to combine.

Serve immediately.

tub of cool whip (thawed)

Instant cheesecake pudding (prepared)

pineapple (well-drained)

mandarins (from can, drained)

pears

peaches

fruit mini marshmallows

In a large bowl, combine cool whip and cheesecake pudding until smooth.

Add crushed pineapple to your cool whip mixture and fold in until well mixed.

Add mandarins, diced pears, and diced peaches and fold them into the mixture.

Finally fold fruit mini marshmallows into the mixture and place the easter fruit fluff in your refrigerator, covered, to set and allow fruit flavors to combine.

Once chilled, remove the easter fruit fluff from the refrigerator and top with peep rabbits for decoration.

Serve cold in cups or bowls with peep rabbits.

In a tall, medium bowl, use an electric mixer on medium-high speed to whip cream cheese until it becomes smooth. It may bind up in the beaters, but continue as is - it will loosen up. Add dry pudding mix and continue mixing until well combined.

With mixer continuously running on medium-low speed, add creamer to the cream cheese mixture, about a tablespoon at a time. When all creamer is added, turn mixer speed to high and whip until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries, banana coins and lemon juice. Stir until all the fruit is coated with lemon juice. Add cheesecake mixture to the bowl and use a mixing spatula or spoon to gently fold cheesecake mixture into the fruit.

Chill until ready to serve or serve immediately.

heavy whipping cream (divided (plus a bit more for the ganache drizzle))

Oreo cookies (coarsely chopped (halved or quartered))

In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until fluffy.

Add unprepared cheesecake pudding mix and beat until fully combined. The mixture will be chunky.

Using a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, (or an electric hand mixer) running on low speed, slowly incorporate, 1-2 tablespoons at a time, a total of 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture. Beat well between each addition of cream.Add powdered sugar to the cheesecake mixture and continue beating until fully combined.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat remaining 1 ½ cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Use a spatula to gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until fully incorporated.

Chop Oreo cookies and Reese’s peanut butter cups into large chunks. Stir cookies and peanut butter cups into the cheesecake mixture, reserving a few to garnish the top of the dessert.

Transfer the cream cheese dessert to a serving bowl and top with reserved candy/cookies.

For a chocolate ganache topping, heat ½ cup chocolate chips with 3 tablespoons of heavy cream for about 30 seconds in the microwave. Whisk together the cream and chocolate until fully combined and silky smooth. Allow to cool for a few minutes.

Drizzle the chocolate ganache over the top of the prepared dessert and serve more on the side for drizzling over individual portions.

This recipe was a game changer! 😍 I followed Donna's instructions to a tee, but I swapped out the crunchy peanut butter for smooth because it's what I had on hand. Still turned out amazing!

Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Fruit Salad Recipe

graham cracker sheets, crumbled into little pieces

Combine the brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, kosher salt, and nutmeg in a bowl. Mix until well combined.

Add the crumbled graham crackers and granulated sugar, mixing until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add the instant cheesecake pudding mix and French vanilla creamer, and continue to beat until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Gently fold in the peach pieces until evenly distributed.

Sprinkle the cooled graham cracker topping over the peach mixture.

In a medium tall bowl, (I use my 8 cup measuring cup), using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese until it becomes smooth. It may bind up in the beaters, but continue as is and it will loosen up. Add the dry pudding mix and continue beating until well combined.

With the mixer running on low speed, slowly add the creamer, 1 tablespoon at a time, to the cream cheese mixture. Be sure the creamer is completely combined before adding another tablespoon.Repeat until all of the creamer has been added to the mixture and the mixture is completely smooth. Refrigerate while you prepare the fruit.

In a large bowl, combine lemon juice and bananas. Stir to coat bananas completely; pour off any excess lemon juice. Add strawberries and blueberries. Gently stir to combine. Fold the cheesecake mixture into the fruit.

Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

I've made this for 5 years now for our neighborhood 4th of July party and everyone begs for me to make it for everything! lol It's delicious!!

I mixed the cheesecake pudding mix with the creamer in a small bowl. I whipped up the cream cheese in a larger bowl, then added the pudding mix to the cream cheese with no issues of clumping. It was completely smooth. 👍🏻

I love this recipe! It’s so summery and light! I’ve made it with and without the cream cheese (I have a friend who is lactose intolerant) and it turned out great both ways. I also used a white chocolate mocha flavored creamer, and it added a new layer of flavor. There have been raves all around every time I’ve taken it to a pot luck.
