Cherry Vodka Sour

cherry infused vodka

lemon juice ((freshly squeezed))

cherries

Fill shaker 3/4 with ice

Add vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup

Cap shaker and gently shake for 15 seconds

Add ice to the glasses and divide the contents equally between the 3 glasses

Cherry vodka sour is fresh, frothy and tangy cocktail that's perfect for summer. It has a light and bright taste with a creamy finish, thanks to the egg white in the recipe. The pretty pink hue of the cocktail garnished with cherries makes it perfect to serve for your next summer holiday get together!

maraschino cherry juice (or grenadine)

egg white (or 3/4 ounce aquafaba)

For garnish: maraschino cherries

Add vodka, lemon juice, cherry juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker. 

Shake vigorously, until a nice froth is achieved. 

Add ice and quickly shake again. 

Strain and serve.  

This Cherry Vodka Sour is light, fruity, and refreshing made with fresh lemon juice, grenadine, simple syrup, and vodka! Perfect for brunch!

Maraschino Cherry and Lemon Slice (for garnish)

Fill half of a cocktail shaker with ice. 

Add the Vodka to the shaker. 

Next, add the simple syrup.

Add the fresh lemon juice.

Add the grenadine syrup.

Shake the cocktail shaker to mix ingredients. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice and strain and pour the cocktail over the ice. Garnish your Cherry Vodka Sour with a Maraschino cherry and a lemon slice.

We made this for a mid-week cocktail and it was sooo easy and refreshing. Perfect for summertime — will be making again!
