Incredibly delicious healthy chipotle ranch dressing made with greek yogurt. This creamy, homemade chipotle ranch has a kick of heat and makes the perfect dressing or dip for salads, fries, tacos and more!

Healthy Chipotle Ranch Dressing

plain greek yogurt

garlic powder

onion powder

lemon juice (or can sub apple cider vinegar)

dill

salt, plus more to taste

chipotle chili powder,

water dressing

Add all ingredients to a bowl or a mason jar and mix until well combined. If using a mason jar, you can simply put the lid on and shake the jar until well combined. Dressing serves 4.

This chipotle ranch dressing is smoky, zingy and absolutely irresistible! Customize the heat level to your liking with adobo sauce.

Chipotle Ranch Dressing

plain whole milk yogurt

mayonnaise

apple cider vinegar

garlic powder and onion powder

salt black pepper

adobo sauce

In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Store up to 1 week refrigerated.

In a food processor, place the yogurt, mayo, chipotle pepper, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and blend until smooth.

A super easy chipotle ranch dressing or dip made in the blender with plenty of flavor and a delicious spicy kick. This dip (or dressing) will be a new favorite to drizzle on tacos or Southwestern inspired meals and is so perfect for dipping with tortilla chips.

Easy Chipotle Ranch Dressing or Dip

salt, plus more to taste as needed

lime juice

chipotle peppers

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Blend until completely smooth.

Taste and adjust -- adding more seasonings, as needed, or increasing the chipotle peppers to heat preference.

Enjoy garnished with green onions. Serve as a dip or add a bit of water and serve on top of salads, especially those that could benefit from a creamy, smoky/spicy kick. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. Not freezer friendly. After refrigerating it gets thicker, so thin with more water as needed.
