For the homemade frosting, mix the baking chocolate with corn syrup in a double boiler over medium heat. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla, butter, milk and powdered sugar. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Quick and easy chocolate eclair crunch topping is no bake and has only 2 ingredients. Perfect dessert crumbles for ice cream, cake, cupcakes and cheesecake.

Chocolate Sugar Wafers

Vanilla Creme Filled Cookies (Golden Oreos, Double Stuffed is Best)

Process or blend each ingredient individually. Blend until you see a chunky crumbled consistency. Do not over blend or process, to prevent a very fine or flour like mixture. You want to see some crumble chunks.  

Mix your crumble wafers and vanilla cookie crumbles together in a bowl.

Store your chocolate eclair crumble in an airtight container.
