The sweet and vibrant flavor of this Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette homemade salad dressing will bring life and flavor to any salad.

Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

olive oil

lime juice

Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Tablespoons honey

cilantro

salt, plus more to taste

black pepper,

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until the cilantro is incorporated. Taste and add more salt or pepper, if desired.

Store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks or in a mason jar (leave 1 inch of head space) or freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Cilantro Lime Dressing (Cafe Rio Copycat)

tomatillos

garlic

jalapeño ((remove seeds

lime juice ((approximately 2 limes))

sugar

balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing (see recipe notes)

In a food processor or blender, combine tomatillos, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, sugar, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. 

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

With fresh cilantro and lime, this vinaigrette is simple to make but a great addition to any salad. You could also use this as a marinade.

tbsp white vinegar

tbsp honey

lime, juiced

garlic,

tsp kosher salt

tbsp water (if needed to thin out)

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and emulsified. Add water if you need to thin out. Store in refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Dijon mustard

extra virgin olive oil

In your molcajete, grind the garlic clove and salt into a paste.

Add the cilantro leaves and grind until they&#39;re broken down and you reach a uniform consistency.

Add the lime juice, Dijon mustard, and honey. Stir with the tejolote (pestle) to mix.

Continue to grind/mix while adding the olive oil in a long, slow pour.

Citrus lime vinaigrette made from orange juice, lime juice, chopped cilantro, diced jalapeno, olive oil salt and pepper.

Hi! I stumbled across one of your recipes, on FB, a balsamic vinaigrette I believe. I don’t quite remember because I’ve saved a dozen of your sauces/dressings! This one is likely to be my absolute favorite. I’ve been wanting a really good vinaigrette to complement my Mexican Cobb styled salads, or to simply have at some of my favorite cocinas. Hi Lisa....! I do enjoy your delicious recipes! I’m doing the carnitas recipe in my crock pot for this weekend. I’ll accompany that with cilantro rice and that cilantro-lime crema, with my Greek yogurt version.  I was wondering if you can please put a recipe together for GINGER-SESAME DRESSING? I love that recipe. Nordstrom’s restaurant sells a good one. There’s also a good one sold by one of my favorite restaurants.... but I’d like to make my own! I’d greatly appreciate it!!!
