These mocha protein oats are for coffee-lovers! Save a cup of your new brew and make a bowl of this delicious, high-protein oatmeal.

Mocha Protein Oatmeal

rolled oats (50 g)

coffee

almond milk

tbsp chia seeds

chocolate

sea salt

To make on the stove top, add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Stirring often. Remove from heat and let sit to thicken for a few more minutes.

Once it&#8217;s cooked, scoop into a bowl, add any toppings you like and enjoy!

This was the most delicious oatmeal I’ve ever made!! I’m recommending to all my friends. I topped it with pb2 and banana &amp; WOW!

Easy Coffee Overnight Oats

rolled oats (not instant oats (0.13))

plant-based milk (I used oat milk (0.30))

water

vegan caramel ((0.43))

cacao powder ((0.05))

chia seeds ((0.11))

instant coffee ((0.09))

maple syrup ((0.09))

sea salt ((0.01))

vanilla extract ((0.48))

coconut whipped cream

unsweetened plant-based milk

cacao nibs

vegan caramel

Prepare the vegan caramel recipe ahead of time so it is ready to use.

Mix all ingredients together in a 16 ounce jar until completely incorporated.

Cover oats with an air tight lid and refrigerate overnight for at least 6 hours.

Enjoy next morning as is. Add additional milk, non-dairy whipped cream, sweetener, or cacao nibs as desired.

Overnight oats need to soak for at least 6 hours but will last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Great for meal prepping several servings at once!
