This high protein and low sugar coffee protein shake is a coffee lover's dream. Dairy free and vegan too. No cream and 100% healthy and only 4 ingredients!! Blend to frothy deliciousness, top with cacao for an afternoon pick me up.

Coffee Lovers Protein Shake

banana

sugar vanilla protein powder

vanilla almond milk

coffee

cacao nibs,

stevia extract, if desired

Add all ingredients except ice to a high powered blender. and blend until mixed together.

Slowly add ice to blender and process until creamy.

Note: If you desire a bit of a sweeter shake, stir in 1-3 drops stevia extract.

Cold, creamy, and delish, my easy Coffee Milkshake is the perfect summer beverage, made by blending cold coffee with ice cream.

Coffee Milkshake (With Ice Cream)

instant coffee

water (- warm

sugar (or as required)

milk

Ice Cream (- for the milkshake)

Ice Cream (- for topping the coffee shake

ice small cubes (- optional)

In a small bowl, take the instant coffee.

Add warm or slightly hot water. 

Mix very well with a spoon.

Making coffee solution

Now pour this mixture in a blender jar.

Add sugar. You can add sugar as per your taste.

Blend for a minute or till the coffee solution becomes frothy and the color lightens a bit.

Now add 4 to 5 small ice cubes. Adding ice cubes are optional and you can choose to skip them.

Add 1 or 2 vanilla ice cream scoops.

Pour 2.5 cups chilled milk.

Blend once more till everything is mixed well and you get a nice froth on top.

Pour coffee milkshake in glasses.

Keep some space on top for the ice cream scoops.

Now place 1 or 2 ice cream scoops in each glass.

Serve coffee milkshake with ice cream immediately.
