The holiday season isn&#039;t complete until you have made Cranberry Fluff! It&#039;s a deliciously tart and sweet dish to add to your table!

Cranberry Fluff

cranberries

sugar

pineapple (drained)

grapes

pecans ((or walnuts))

mini marshmallows

Cool Whip (or homemade (1 tub = 3 cups))

Add cranberries to a food processor and pulse to finely chop the berries.

Add sugar to the cranberries and pulse until mixed. Transfer cranberries to a bowl.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours).

Add the crushed pineapple, grapes, and pecans to the cranberries and mix it all together.

Add the mini marshmallows and mix. Add the Cool Whip and fold everything together until thoroughly mixed.

Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator. I like to top this salad with some cranberries, grapes, pecans, and marshmallows for garnish.  If you&#39;re going to do this, set a little of each aside before starting the recipe.

Creamy, dreamy Cranberry Fluff is the perfect combination of sweet and tart! A show stopping dessert that is perfect for the holidays! Quick and easy to prepare, this dessert is sure to become a cherished part of your holiday tradition! Garnish with fresh cranberries and sprigs of mint for a festive finish!

heavy whipping cream

vanilla extract

Transfer the cranberries to a food processor and pulse 5 or 6 times or until cranberries are chopped well but not pureed.

Transfer the cranberries to a large bowl and add granulated sugar. Stir until combined.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Overnight is best.

Stir the marshmallows and pineapple into the cranberry mixture.

In a separate medium bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the cranberry mixture.

Serve fluff immediately or cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Cranberry Fluff is an easy, delicious dessert or side dish with a blend of cranberry sauce, pineapple, whipped topping, and marshmallows with a nutty crunch from walnuts. It only takes a few minutes to mix together and would make a perfect addition to any Thanksgiving or Christmas menu!

(14 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce

(20 ounces) crushed pineapple, (drained)

(117 g) walnuts, (finely chopped)

tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, (thawed)

Combine cranberry sauce and pineapple.

In a large bowl, combine the cranberry sauce and crushed pineapple. Mix until the cranberry sauce is completely incorporated with the pineapple.

Fold in walnuts, whipped topping, and marshmallows.

Gently fold in the walnuts, whipped topping, and marshmallows until they are evenly distributed.

Cover and chill.

Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla; whip until stiff peaks form.

If the cranberry-sugar mixture ends up being very watery, just drain it a bit.Fold in the chopped cranberries and crushed pineapple; mix well until combined.

Fold in mini marshmallows.

Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

If it&#39;s loose, give it a gentle stir. Serve and enjoy!

Made this Cranberry Fluff. It was delicious.  My only suggestion is don’t drain the pineapple real dry. I added some pineapple juice to it.  Family loved it. It will be on our Thanksgiving table for sure!👍 ♥️🍍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
