HATCH CHILE GRIDDLE CREAM CORN RECIPE on the Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle!  It&#039;s Hatch Chile season and we&#039;re taking advantage.  Mixing in these amazing chilies with some fresh corn to make the best creamed corn you&#039;ve ever tried!

Hatch Chile Cream Corn Recipe

Fresh corn on the cob. (Shave the corn off of the cob.)

Hatch chiles diced.

oz Cream cheese.

Heavy cream.

oz Butter.

tbsp Cajun seasoning.

Sauté corn and chiles in butter, on med heat for 5-6 minutes.

Add cream and cream cheese, mix thoroughly to combine.

Shake seasoning over corn mix to taste.

Serve in a bowl and enjoy.

HATCH CHILE CREAM CORN RECIPE! Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle Recipe!

Crockpot Creamed Corn is a simple slow cooker recipe — a total time saver! Enjoy this silky sweet side treat with just 5 minutes of prep!

Crockpot Creamed Corn + Video

cream cheese

milk

heavy cream

unsalted butter (4 tablespoons)

sugar

salt

corn

black pepper (optional)

Add ingredients to your crockpot in the order listed. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.

At about 3 hours, everything will come together. Continue to cook for the full 4 hours for the best results. Stir to combine and if desired, add black pepper to taste.

Serve and enjoy!
