This creamy cilantro dressing tastes incredible! It takes just 5 minutes and you'll want to use it on everything: salads, tacos, fries, and more.

BEST Creamy Cilantro Dressing (5 minutes!)

lime juice

cilantro leaves

Greek yogurt*

mayonnaise

olive oil

water

maple syrup

teaspoon each garlic powder and onion powder

teaspoon kosher salt

Place all ingredients in a standard, small or immersion blender and blend for several minutes until pureed and creamy, stopping and scraping down the bowl as needed. (If using a standard blender, you&#8217;ll need to stop and scrape often.) Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature prior to serving.

This Cilantro Lime Dressing is a great summer dressing because it goes so well with so many types of salads. It is refreshing, easy to make and delicious to eat. Lime Juice

Cilantro

Olive Oil

tsp Mustard, dijon

tsp powdered Swerve (optional)

The first step is to chop the cilantro, both the leaves and the stems.

Get your mini food processor, or your Vitamix pitcher and start to add the ingredients one at a time, first the chopped cilantro.

Then the next thing to do is to squeeze the lime juice, and add it to the pitcher.

Next step is to add the powdered Swerve, and mustard. 

Blend and then add the olive oil and blend again. 

Pour your dressing into a glass jar and put it in the refrigerator to chill for 30-60 minutes. 

Use this Creamy Cilantro Dressing with Salad, over Tacos, as a Dipping Sauce, and more! It's Dairy-Free, Vegan, and made with only 5 ingredients.

Creamy Cilantro Dressing

Cilantro, roughly chopped (stems and leaves)

Jalapeño Pepper

Lime

tbsp Unseasoned Rice Vinegar (or the juice of another ½ Lime)

Salt

Filtered Water

Rinse all of your Veggies. Use a knife to cut the sides of the Jalapeño pepper off, then roughly chop into 1&#8243; pieces. Remove the seeds of the Jalapeño Pepper and discard (if you would like the dressing to be spicy, you can leave a few in!)

Next, add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy, about 45-60 seconds.

Serve as desired; refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 7 days.

I've made this a bunch of times for my house and we are obsessed. So good on tofu, quinoa, beans, salads...pretty much everything.

Very Good and no oil! I was surprised how much flavor it had. My daughter and I get together on Saturdays to meal prep and picked this dressing for our taco salads, definitely will make this again! Thank you :)

This dressing is SO bomb!  It reminds me of the cilantro dressing from Trader Joe's which I have been craving and missing ever since going plant based.  I generously drizzled this over a crispy chili tofu bowl with avo, rice, peppers, corn, beans, and raw cabbage. LEVEL UPPP!

So so good! I love the fact that there’s no oil in it. Something I do is add garlic powder and onion powder to it too. I’ve dipped tortilla chips in this, had it as a salad dressing, and had it in my taco bowls!
