Preheat oven to 375° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Dice bacon into small pieces and place in a large pan. Cook until crispy. Drain grease and return to pan.

Add eggs to pan with bacon, add Slap Ya Mama seasoning, pepper, garlic salt and cheese. Cook until eggs are fully cooked.

Place two tablespoon of mixture in each crescent roll, roll up from the wide end, and place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crescent rolls are golden brown.

pre-cooked sausage links

cheddar cheese, halved

Salt and pepper

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well. Reserve about 2 tablespoons for brushing. Scramble the rest over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.

Place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each triangle. Top with scrambled egg and a sausage link.

Roll each triangle loosely from the wide end to the point. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Brush tops with reserved egg, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden and puffy.
