This healthy and indulgent Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Dip made with just a few simple, real-food ingredients is a sweet and easy dessert dip for sharing with friends! (gluten-free, vegetarian)

Healthy Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Dip

cottage cheese

plain Greek yogurt

peanut butter

tbsp cocoa powder (I use dark cocoa powder)

tbsp honey

tsp vanilla extract

mini peanut butter cups, roughly chopped (I like dark chocolate peanut butter

For serving: fruit, pretzels, graham crackers, etc.

Combine all ingredients except for peanut butter cups in a blender (like a Vitamix) or food processor (like this one). Blend until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed with a silicone spatula (like these).

Gently stir in most of the peanut butter cups, reserving a few for garnish.

Spoon dip into a serving dish and sprinkle with remaining peanut butter cups. Serve with fresh fruit, pretzels, or cookies/crackers of choice.

If you are not serving immediately, store dip in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to serve.

8z cream cheese (1 package), room temperature

In a large bowl combine the softened cream cheese, pineapple with juices, yogurt, pudding mix, and coconut. Mix fully smooth and fully combined.

Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with additional shredded coconut.

Mix the cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, allspice, and black pepper. Store in an airtight container until you need to use it.

To make the Homemade Chai Spice Mix:

In a large bowl whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, set aside.

In a large bowl, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes, scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl to prevent any lumps.

Add in vanilla extract. Gradually add the powdered sugar followed by the chai spice mix.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Serve with apples and cookies and enjoy.

This healthy brownie batter dip is made with 5 all-natural ingredients and a hazelnut and walnut base; dairy-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, naturally sweetened, and ready in 20 minutes.

Healthy Brownie Batter Dip

oz cacao powder (3 Tbsp)

0.3 oz ground coffee (1/2 Tbsp)

Preheat the oven to 350ºF/175ºC.

Spread all the nuts evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden brown and begin to crack. Set aside to cool.

Add slightly cooled nuts to the food processor and blend until a butter forms, scraping down sides as needed.If you want a smoothie dip, you could remove the skins from the hazelnuts - though this takes a lot of time so I usually avoid it.

You can do this to your preferred level of thickness/smoothness. For traditional walnut butter, I&#039;m known to blend for up to 15 minutes. To avoid overheating the machine, give your machine a break every 2-3 minutes, scrape down the sides of the jug then continue.

Step 1: Prepare the nuts

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix once more until it reaches a spreadable thick batter.Add some milk (dairy or dairy-free) to help achieve a smoother consistency.

Transfer to a jar. If you refrigerate, it will get hard, so the best way is to leave it at room temperature.

Step 2: Blend the brownie butter

Fridge: any leftover brownie batter dip can be refrigerated in an airtight container (I use glass jars) for between 1-2 weeksFreezer: I haven&#39;t tried to freeze this brownie batter dip, however, it should work. Freeze in a freezer-safe airtight container for between 2-3 months. Thaw in the fridge and reblend for a few seconds if needed.

In a large bowl with a whisk attachment, whip cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and lump free, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add in heavy cream, instant pudding, and vanilla, mixing to combine. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl to ensure nothing is sticking to the bowl.

Raise speed to medium-high and whip until the mixture thickens, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Add the apples, lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the saucepan and stir until the apples are coated.

Cook until the apples are softened, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Let the mixture cool.

Carefully remove one of the phyllo sheets from the package (keep the rest covered). Brush it all over lightly with water.

Pull the bottom of the pastry up to the top to fold it in half.

Place ⅕ of the filling on one end leaving some space on all sides.

Fold the bottom of the pastry up to cover the filling.

Roll up the rest of the roll until there is about an inch left on the top of the pastry.

Brush the top bit of pastry with water, then press into the roll to seal it, set aside. Repeat with remaining sheets and filling.

Heat 2-3 inches of oil in a Dutch oven or deep fryer to 360 F and fry 2-3 apple rolls at a time for 2 minutes each side, until golden brown.

Place the fried apple rolls on a paper towel-lined plate to cool.

Meanwhile, add the sugar and water to a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan and swirl to combine.

Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and eventually turns an amber color, about 8-12 minutes. (Do not stir, just swirl the saucepan occasionally and brush down the sides of the pan to prevent crystallization).

Whisk the butter into the caramel until melted.

Slowly pour in the cream and whisk until it is completely incorporated.

Remove from the heat and whisk in vanilla extract and salt.

Pour the caramel into a separate bowl or jar and let cool until it thickens.

Dust the apple rolls with powdered sugar if desired and serve with caramel sauce for dipping.
