Tropical Dragon Fruit Smoothie Recipe (Pitaya Smoothie)

peeled, cubed, and frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)

mangoes

peeled, sliced, and frozen bananas

almond milk

maple syrup (or any other sweetener)

Add all the ingredients to a blender jar or a food processor, and process until very smooth.

Note - If the frozen fruits are very hard, then thaw them on the counter for 10 minutes before processing.

Add more almond milk as necessary to thin the smoothie to desired texture.

Pour in tall glasses and serve immediately.

1 cup chilled almond milk or any other plant based milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup or any other sweetener

Vibrant Mango Beet Smoothie (Antioxidant-Packed!)

mango

raspberries ((or sub mixed berries))

beet* ((or sub more carrot))

small carrot, chopped ((1 small carrot yields ~1/4 cup))

(2-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeling optional

spinach

Tbsp lime juice ((1 small lime yields ~2 Tbsp

mint

water ((or sub coconut water

Add all ingredients (starting with the lesser amount of water) to a high-speed blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. If it has trouble blending, add more water.

Taste and adjust as needed, adding more mango for sweetness or lime juice for brightness!

Best when fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, or frozen into ice cube or popsicle molds and stored in the freezer for 1 month.

Vibrant Mango Beet Smoothie | Minimalist Baker Recipes

This vibrant pink dragon fruit smoothie recipe is easy and delicious! It's the perfect tropical puree with mango, pineapple and banana.

Perfect Dragon Fruit Smoothie

dragonfruit puree (two 3.5 ounce packets)

water

pineapple

banana (room temperature)

lime juice (optional)

Thaw the dragonfruit puree under warm water until it can be broken into smaller chunks, then remove the packaging and add the chunks to the blender. Add the water, then pineapple, mango, and banana broken into chunks.

Blend until smooth, stopping and scraping when needed, adding a bit more cold water if necessary to blend into a puree (you’ll need more water with frozen mango vs. fresh).

Taste, then stir in the lime juice if desired. Serve immediately, or store up to 1 day in a covered jar.

In a large high-speed blender, put dragon fruit, banana, blueberries, milk, and chia seeds into the bottom.

Turn on blender, starting on a low speed, and gradually increasing speed until everything is completely blended and smooth.

mango cubes, frozen

banana, frozen

juice of 1/2 lime

coconut milk

tbsp chia seeds

tbsp hemp seeds

tbsp ground flax seeds

protein powder

almond butter

tbsp honey

plain yogurt (dairy-free if needed)

Let the frozen fruit thaw on the counter for 5 minutes to let it soften slightly.

Add the coconut milk, lime juice, dragon fruit, mango and banana to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Added some protein powder to mine, was so good!!

Mango Dragon Fruit Smoothie

dragon fruit

strawberries,

almond milk (replace with milk of your choice)

mint leaves, optional

Clean the fresh fruits, wash and slice them.

Add fruits to the blender. Add ice only if all fruits are fresh. Then add milk.

Blend until you achieve desired consistency. Different blenders take different preparation time so check halfway through and then blend a little bit longer.

Pour into your favorite cup, garnish with mint leaves. Go outdoors and enjoy it:)

Mango is one of my favorite fruit and I love to have it in my smoothie. The dragon fruit has given bright color to this.
