A fun holiday baking project - make snowmen out of Nutter Butter cookies and a few other ingredients!

Nutter Butter Snowmen

Nutter Butter cookies

White candy melts (vanilla flavored)

M&M candies

Orange Tic-Tacs (cut in half)

Black decorator icing

Line a baking sheet with wax paper; set aside.

In a small to medium bowl, melt the white candy melts according to the package instructions.

Working one at a time, dip a Nutter Butter cookie into the melted coating and flip it over to coat completely (a fork is great for this). Remove and let any excess drip off then place on the wax paper-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining Nutter Butter cookies. Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so the coating can set.

Attach a small decorating tip (I used a #2) to a pastry bag and fill with black icing (I just used Wilton decorating icing to make it easy). Dab a small amount on one side of an M&amp;M and place on the coated cookie. Repeat with another just below to make the two "buttons".

Dab another small amount on the bottom of half of a Tic Tac and affix to the center of the top of the cookie for the nose. Again, repeat.

Now squeeze out small dots for the eyes and the mouth. Ta-Da! Snowmen!

Black Pepper Garlic Steak Bites

Steak (6 oz each)

garlic (peeled)

Soy Sauce

Oyster Sauce

tsp Black Pepper

0.5 tsp baking soda

0.5 tsp baking powder

Corn Starch

Ketchup

Sugar

black pepper (less if you don’t like it spicy)

Worcestershire Sauce

Cut steak into bite-size cubes and marinate the steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, baking soda, baking powder, and corn starch. Massage well and set aside for 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, sugar, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.

Drizzle oil in a pan and add in the garlic. Turn the heat to medium, and pan-fry for 3-4 minutes or until garlic is golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Now that the oil is infused with garlic turn the heat to high, and add in the steak.

Let it set for around 30 seconds before pan-frying for 3-4 minutes or until all side of the steak is brown. You can add additional cooking time depending on how you like your steak!

Add back in the garlic, and drizzle on the sauce. Turn the heat to high, and pan-fry on high heat for another 1-2 minutes.

Sweet Potato Rounds with Cranberry and Cream Cheese

• Salt and black pepper,

oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened

• ½ cup (60 g) cranberry sauce (homemade

(20 g) chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted

thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
