Creamy Lemon Garlic Salmon from Delish.com is a perfect weeknight dinner.

Creamy Lemon Garlic Salmon

(6-oz.) salmon fillets

Kosher salt

black pepper

olive oil

butter

garlic,

tbsp. all-purpose flour

heavy cream

lemon

dill

red pepper flakes

Family loved it. Plenty of sauce to go with veggies or noodles. I thought it was a bit too lemony, but perhaps I had a particularly large and juicy lemon. Will try with a bit less next time!

We love salmon and I try to serve it each week. Therefore, I have loads of recipes for it. That being said, this was absolutely our favorite! I did add a cup of sweet peas to the sauce and used cayenne pepper rather than flakes. Can't wait to prepare it for guests!

This recipe was delicious exactly as it is! I paired it with yellow rice and used some of the sauce on top. It was so good🥰

AMAZING!!!! First family dish we cooked together and it’s a hit with the kids. Not only was the recipe easy and quick to follow, but the outcome.. my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

We looked at the video and used half a lemon as shown. It seems like a whole lemon is too much (comments). The sauce is very flavourful!! Great recipe.

So delicious! Added a bed of aldente penne noodles, made it even better!

This has become a rotating staple in my house-- it is a manageable recipe to make and so so good!

Delicious and incredibly easy! I’m not a dill fan so I used parsley instead and it was still wonderful. A definite have again!

This was so tasty! I made it into a dish for one by getting only one salmon fillet and halving the sauce and it was delicious!

I made this recipe tonight for dinner and it was amazing!!!!! The only things I added we're crab and paprika. Amazing!!! 💗💗💗💗

Great recipe AND we loved the "get ingredients" feature on the delish site!

I have made this twice! It’s so delicious! 👏🏼

Easy enough for a weeknight, but good enough for a weekend.

This 30-Minute Lemon Garlic Salmon Is Next-Level Amazing

This Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon from Delish.com is the most addicting salmon recipe ever.

Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

honey

soy sauce

lemon juice

extra-virgin olive oil, divided

6-oz. salmon fillets, patted dry with a paper towel

lemon, sliced into rounds

Which is more important in a weeknight dinner recipe?

Delicious and didn't even tweak anything. Except kept portions of the honey sauce the same and just cooked 2 fillets. Putting the salmon a top rice with the added sauce was perfect. I ddded it to my Favorites-Tried & True Recipes collection. Thank you!

My fiance and I made this over the weekend together and it was honestly one of the best salmon meals weve made together in a while. It was so easy and so delicious that I ended up making it again the next night lol. Highly recommend!

This was the best Salmon recipe thus far that I have ever made. I made it for my mother’s birthday dinner today.

Tried this tonight. One of the best salmon dishes I have had.
Either in a restaurant or at home. Highly recommend.

Made this tonight and it was everything I thought it would be!! Delish!! It’s a do over!! Thanks!

Can you believe it took me 30+ years to eat fish. Never was a fan. Just started bc my husband fishes and the taste isn’t really THAT bad. So in the name of variety.. I decided to try salmon. I ran across this recipe... I’m in love!!!! My husband tried it and asked for more!!! It was THAT delicious!!!!

I've made this almost every week since trying it for the first time a few months ago. It's so simple, but turns out delicious every time! I highly recommend serving it over roasted brussels sprouts and spooning a little extra sauce over everything.

AMAZING! I highly recommend this for couples. Great date night or even just a week night dinner. Easy instructions, and pan-searing is not as hard as we thought it would be. The taste was DELICIOUS! We made just the salmon, but would go nice with a sald. :)

Absolutely delicious! Loved that I had most of the ingredients already, just needed to get fresh salmon. Super easy, highly recommend. We used a cast iron pan just like in the video which I recommend doing if you have one, helped to get a nice sear and had plenty of room to baste.

Just tried this recipe and it is amazing!! I have tried a similar recipe with ginger and garlic but this was way better and because it’s all made in one pan, it was so quick and easy. Served with some brown rice and broccoli - perfect weeknight meal.

Absolutely delicious ! Not a lot of prep or big mess! My husband loved it! This will definitely be one of our favs!

This was excellent, but I think salmon is supposed to be cooked skin side down first to avoid burning it. So I did that, and then flipped it over and cooked for 1 minute on the other side! Very good recipe.

Easy and delicious! highly recommend. Just the perfect blend of salty, sweet, citrus, and spice. And if you want more of any of those it’s super easy add more. I added peppers and broccoli and served over angel hair pasta. My only tweak was to make extra of the sauce for those who like more. Will be making this a gain for sure! Thank you!

This recipe was awesome! It was very easy to make for someone like me who rarely cooks. Made it last night and my husband really liked it!

AMAZING! This recipe was truly wonderful and so easy to make! Fantastic meal!

This was the most delicious salmon recipe. And simple. Usually buy my salmon pieces pre-marinated and oven cook. With this recipe it is the combination of the cooking method and the sauce that just works. I had a jar of truffle honey that decided to use and it infused an earthy honey taste. Forgot the garlic by accident. Still so amazing. Can not wait to make it again.

My daughter and I did not love this. In fact neither of us finished it. There was something about the sauce neither of us liked.

This was so delicious and easy to make! It’s going to be a weekly staple for sure!

Almost burned it :0) however, it turned out great... I will definitely keep this as one of my favorite recipes. Fast and easy taste great too.

yum!!! Made this tonight. Favourite recipe for salmon now. Thanks

Fancy enough for date night but easy enough for a Monday.

Weeknight Dinner's MVP: Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Salmon steaks are even more delicious than fillets when you're craving something crazy buttery. Learn how to make them with Delish.com!

How To Cook Salmon Steak

salmon

tbsp. honey

parsley,

What kind of salmon do you typically buy?

I did not have honey, so I added in a bit of some teriyaki sauce to achieve that same sweetness as the honey. And babyy, it was so delish

This recipe is definitely a keeper! Super easy and I usually have all those ingredients. I had a thicker salmon steak then was shown so I should have cooked it a bit longer. It was still good, I microwaved it for 30 seconds. Perfect!

How do you add minced garlic to a skillet for five minutes without it turning into charcoal? Is everyone eating burnt garlic salmon here? Garlic is super delicate. It'll burn in oil in thirty seconds. The rest of the recipe is okay, I suppose, though I would simply marinate the salmon beforehand. Much easier.

Bizarre directions.

This recipe is delicious, easy to ake, easy to clean up. I made one change, added a splash of whitecwinevto the butter, olive oil and lemon juice. Took the salmon oh when it was cooked and boiled off some of the liquid and the sauce was scrumptious.

Best recipe I have ever followed. Easy and the results were delicious!

Absolutely delicious! I have never left a comment on a dish before, but this recipe was too good not to. This was my first time cooking salmon steak and I normally try to find recipes that have many reviews, but I saw this one and it sounded/looked so yummy I decided to try it. So glad I did! SO SCRUMPTIOUS!!!

This turned out fantastic! It was my first time cooking salmon steaks, I always buy fillets. I used our cast iron skillet and am sooooo happy I read the reviews about replacing the honey with teriyaki. I think that was a strong move. My husband would not be too keen on the honey, so I almost passed over this recipe. This was incredibly easy and I even juggled making two side dishes while cooking the salmon because the seasoning/sauce was all easy to prep.

found this recipe because i had a salmon steak sitting in my freezer at 12am. I had everything required and it was fantastic!

This Broiled Salmon from Delish.com will be your favorite go-to salmon recipe.

Broiled Salmon

Grainy mustard

garlic, finely minced

tbsp. shallots

thyme leaves, chopped,

fresh rosemary, chopped

kosher salt

Lemon slices,

Made this twice so far, terrific, good reviews from family. One suggestion: mix the ingredients in a bowl that can hold all the fillets skin side up and marinate for 10 minutes, before putting fillets in broiler with mixture.
also, make sure fillets are six inches away from broil flame

This was a fantastic and delicious recipe! I cut down the garlic by half so it wouldn’t overwhelm the salmon and it was perfect. Served it with crisp asparagus sautéed with shallots and shiitake mushrooms topped withItalian parsley. Healthy and satisfying!

Don’t use parchment! Was shocked to see that on the recipe. Just sub foil and you’re fine. We thought this was a quick and easy recipe. Nothing to wow guests with but yummy nonetheless.

Parchment paper isn’t meant for the broiler. Glad I was paying attention before it caught on fire!

Thank you for the recipe! It turned out great! I added some red pepper flakes for a little kick

Most broil settings is 500 degrees. Parchment paper is only good to about 425. DON'T USE PARCHMENT PAPER. I can't believe they suggested that. Otherwise, a tasty recipe. Minus points for testing your smoke alarm.

We used fresh herbs and followed it exactly as written

So quick and easy for a healthy workday meal. This has become a go-to for us.

Very good and super easy, and I'm not a gourmet cook.

2 easy methods for making succulent salmon with crispy skin. Get dinner on the table in under 15 minutes!

Crispy Skin Salmon 2 Ways: Pan Fried and Broiled

avocado oil

(6 oz.) salmon fillets

fine sea salt

flaky sea salt

lemon or lime wedges (optional)

avocado oil spray

Heat a medium/large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2-3 tbsp. avocado oil (depending on the size of the pan) and let it get hot until it shimmers and runs around the pan when you swirl it by the handle.

Pat the fillets dry and season the flesh side with the fine sea salt. Add them to the hot pan, skin side down. (Be careful with the hot oil.) Cook for 4-5 minutes, until the skin gets darker and crisp but not burnt.

Use a thin spatula and one other utensil (fork, wooden spoon, etc.) to help flip each fillet. The oil might splatter as the fillets land on the flesh side. Cook for another 4-5 minutes. The flesh should change from a bright pink to a softer pink.

If your fillets are especially deep, you might be able to tell from the sides that they're not cooked through yet. To finish them off but avoid overcooking, carefully tip each fillet over onto its side to make sure all surfaces are cooked. Cook the sides as necessary for one minute. A thermometer (probe or instant) inserted in the thickest part of a fillet should read 125°.

Remove the fillets from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the skin with flaky sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and a squeeze of lemon or lime, if desired.

For pan-fried salmon:

Heat the broiler to high.

Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with avocado oil spray or spray of choice.

Pat fillets dry and season the flesh side with fine sea salt. Broil skin-side up for 4-5 minutes. The time depends on how close your food is to the broiler. Check at 4 minutes to be safe. The skin will have some darker, bubbly spots and look crisp but shouldn't be burnt. If it doesn't look much different, continue to broil, checking every 2 minutes.

Flip the fillets and broil flesh-side up for 4-5 minutes. The flesh should change from a bright pink to a softer pink. If your fillets are especially deep, you might be able to tell from the sides that they're not cooked through yet. To finish them off but avoid overcooking, carefully tip each fillet over onto its side to make sure all surfaces are cooked. Broil the sides as necessary for 1-2 minutes. A thermometer (probe or instant) inserted in the thickest part of a fillet should read 125°.

Remove the baking sheet from the broiler and let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the skin with flaky sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and a squeeze of lemon or lime, if desired.

For the broiled salmon:

With just a few ingredients you can turn your salmon into a 30 minute healthy meal. The flavor is out of this world. We ate it cold for salads the next day.

This easy baked salmon recipe with vegetables and feta is the perfect one-pan dinner for any night of the week! For tender, flaky, never-dry salmon, it helps to take the salmon out of the fridge about 15 minutes or so before cooking. Here, you'll also par-cook the vegetables briefly before adding the salmon in. And finally, cover the salmon with foil to trap the moisture in.
