30 Minute Asian Turkey Meatballs. Baked and tossed in an Asian inspired sauce. Serve as an appetizer or add rice to make it a meal!

Asian Turkey Meatballs

turkey

panko breadcrumbs

garlic (minced)

onion

sesame oil

soy sauce

hoisin sauce

water

green onions

sesame seeds for serving (if desired)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add turkey, breadcrumbs, garlic, green onions, egg, sesame oil and soy sauce. Mix with your hands until combined.

Grease a baking sheet with oil. Portion out 12 meatballs. (Working with slightly wet hands helps)

Place meatballs on the oiled baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes or until fully cooked, flipping halfway through.

Take out of the oven and toss with the Asian sauce.

Serve immediately and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.

Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir to combine. Set aside until meatballs are done cooking.

Super Easy 20 Minute Beef and Broccoli. So much easier and healthier than takeout!

Easy 20 Minute Beef and Broccoli

flank steak

tsp baking soda

cornstarch

tsp sesame oil

broccoli

garlic,

ginger,

beef broth

oyster sauce

tbsp rice wine vinegar

light brown sugar

sesame seeds for garnish (if desired)

Marinade steak

Add steak, soy sauce, baking soda, cornstarch and 2 tsp sesame oil to a small bowl. Toss to coat the steak and allow the beef to marinate while you are prepping the sauce and the broccoli.

Make sauce

Meanwhile, mix together all of the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl.

Blanch broccoli

Add broccoli and 1 cup water to a large saute pan or wok. Bring to a boil and cook the broccoli for 2-3 minutes or until it&#039;s a bright green color. Immediately transfer the broccoli to a bowl with ice water.

Sear steak

Wipe out the pan the broccoli was cooked in and add in 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan. When pan is almost smoking add in beef. Sauté for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Saute garlic and ginger

Toss in garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute.

Toss to coat

Add the broccoli back to the pan along with the sauce. Toss to coat the beef and the broccoli. Serve immediately with sesame seeds if desired.

Mongolian Beef Ramen. Just like PF Chang’s Mongolian Beef but with Ramen Noodles! Ready in less than 30 minutes.

Mongolian Beef Ramen

flank steak (sliced against the grain and cut into ¼ inch cubes)

½ tablespoon canola or vegetable oil, plus more for frying

ginger (minced)

brown sugar

dry ramen noodles

Toss the beef in the cornstarch and place in the fridge for 10 minutes while you are heating up the oil.

Meanwhile add enough oil to a large wok or pan with high sides to fry the beef. (I used about 1 cup.) Heat oil until hot but not scorching.Add in the beef making sure not to over crowd the pan. (I did a couple of batches). Brown the beef on both sides for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Remove from the oil with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels.Carefully remove the oil from the skillet or wok. Cool and reuse again.

Heat sesame oil and canola oil to the same pan the beef was cooked in.Add in garlic and ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes.Stir in soy sauce, water and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

While the sauce is cooking boil noodles according to package instructions.

Place beef in the sauce and toss to coat.Bring the sauce back to a simmer and cook until thickened 2-3 minutes. (If the sauce is not thick enough sprinkle in some more cornstarch)Toss in the ramen noodles and cook for an additional minute.

Serve immediately with green onions for garnish if desired.

Loaded with vegetables and tons of flavor, this Vegetable Chow Mein is just like take-out but much healthier! Ready in just minutes, this is a perfect quick and easy stir-fry recipe for busy weeknights, and a great way to clear out the fridge.

Vegetable Chow Mein

chow mein noodles

tbsp oil

red onion, sliced

yellow bell pepper, sliced

carrots, thinly sliced

bok choy,

mushrooms,

onions

sesame seeds

tbsp oyster sauce

Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add in onions, bell peppers and carrots. Saute for about 3 minutes stirring constantly or until the vegetables start to get some color on them.

Add in bok choy, ginger and garlic. Cook for another 2 minutes or until the bok choy starts to wilt.

Add in mushrooms and cook for another minute or until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the cooked noodles and chow mein sauce and toss to coat the noodles and vegetables in the sauce.Serve immediately with green onions and sesame seeds for garnish, if desired.

Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, light brown sugar and rice wine vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.

Chow Mein Sauce

Kung Pao Shrimp

shrimp

red bell pepper (diced)

ginger

rice wine vinegar

sriracha (or more

peanuts (for serving)

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add in the bell pepper and sauté over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes or until slightly tender and carmazlied.

Next add in shrimp and saute until fully cooked 2-3 minutes.

Add in garlic and ginger cook for 1 minute.

Add the Kung Pao Sauce to the pan along with the cooked shrimp. Turn the heat down and allow the sauce to simmer until it is thickened, 2 minutes.Serve with chopped peanuts, green onions and sesame seeds for serving, if desired.

Whisk soy sauce, water, cornstarch, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and Sriracha in a small bowl. Set aside.
