Certainly more-ish, these Spanish lamb meatballs are made with lots of spices and served with crunchy patatas bravas.


Moorish lamb meatballs

lamb mince (or pork mince)

garlic cloves, crushed

tbsp coriander

tbsp cumin

tsp sweet paprika

cinnamon

cardamom

parsley,

lemon, zest only

grams/3½oz breadcrumbs

milliliters/2fl oz double cream

free-range egg

olive oil,

salt and black pepper

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp ground turmeric

100 milliliters/3½fl oz plain yoghurt (optional)

tbsp sherry vinegar

tbsp sweet paprika

hot paprika

tbsp finely chopped parsley, to garnish (optional)
