Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough

½ Cup Greek Yogurt (Plain Whole Milk (Look for High Protein))

¾ Cup Self Rising Flour

Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

Tablespoon Olive Oil (*Optional for crisp)

¼ Cup Pizza Sauce

¼ Cup Pizza Cheese

Pepperoni (*Optional)

Mix together all of your Pizza Dough ingredients until it starts to clump up

Use your hands once it clumps up (it shouldn&#39;t be sticky) to thoroughly combine everything by kneading it

Let your dough rest for a few minutes

Put your dough onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper and press or roll it out into your pizza shape (make it or thin)

Bake your dough on 450F/232C for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned

Add your Pizza Toppings on starting with your Pizza Sauce then your Pizza Cheese and optional Pepperoni

Put it back into the oven on 450F/232C for around 10-12 minutes

Air Fryer Hot Pockets

all purpose flour

Greek yogurt

salt

cheddar cheese

Pizza sauce

Garlic powder and oregano (optional)

egg (lightly beaten)

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yogurt, and salt and mix well until a dough forms.

Add dough to well floured surface and split into 10 pieces. I used a scale for exact measurement, but that&#039;s optional as eyeballing it works too.

Roll two pieces of dough into a rectangle about 3 inch by 4 inches.

Add 2-3 Tbsp ham and 2 tbsp shredded cheese and top with the other piece of dough.

Cut clean edges if desired and use a fork to crimp the edges so nothing will leak from the sides when cooking.

Brush with egg wash.

Add 2-3 pockets to your air fryer and fry for 10 minutes at 360 degrees flipping halfway though so they cook evenly.

Remove and allow to cool for about 5 minutes before eating.

Ham &amp; Cheese Version

Place about 2 Tbsp pizza sauce on one dough rectangle and add pepperoni slices and about 2 Tbsp cheese and top with the other piece of dough.

Cut clean edges if desired and use a fork to crimp the edges.

Brush with egg wash and add garlic powder and oregano to taste (optional but delicious)

Easy Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

+ 1/4 cup self-rising flour

brown sugar

cinnamon

cream cheese

sugar

vanilla extract

milk (optional, to thin out frosting)

Make the dough

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Mix well using a fork or your hands until the mixture forms a crumbly dough.

Knead the dough

Transfer the dough to a well-floured surface. Knead it for 2-3 minutes until a smooth ball forms and the dough feels less sticky. Add 2-3 tablespoons extra flour as needed to prevent sticking.

Roll out the dough

Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a 12×10-inch rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Avoid rolling too thin to prevent the rolls from falling apart.

Prepare the filling

In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, light brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Microwave for 20-30 seconds if needed to loosen and make spreading easier. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.

Roll the dough log

Starting from the longer side, carefully roll the dough into a long log. Use a floured dough scraper if needed to help lift the dough from the surface.

Slice the rolls

Cut the log into 10-12 even slices approximately 1.5 inches thick.

Preheat and prepare the air fryer

Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C). Spray the basket with cooking spray or line with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Air fry the cinnamon rolls

Place the rolls cut side up in a single even layer in the air fryer basket. It’s fine if they touch slightly. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Let them cool for a few minutes before frosting.

Make the frosting

In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth. Add 1-2 tablespoons milk to thin the frosting if desired.

Frost and serve
