BEST Green Juice Recipe

cucumber (sliced)

celery (sliced)

kale (removed from stem)

spinach (baby leaves, loosely packed)

ginger (approx 1-2 inch chunk)

lime juice

apples

Add Ingredients

Place all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender.

Blend

Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. If you need to, use your tamper to push the ingredients into the blades of your blender.

Strain

Pour the green juice through a fine-mesh strainer or nut-milk bag into a storage container. Press on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the solids.

Serve

Chill the juice before serving, then enjoy.

This delicious green juice is made with 3 easy ingredients for the most refreshing and revitalizing drink. Easy, healthy and so nutritious!

Green Juice Recipe

(200 grams) Baby Spinach

Medium Green Apples*

Medium Carrots

Wash the ingredients and chop up the carrots and apples into juicer friendly pieces.

Starting with the spinach, put the ingredients into the juicer, you can roll up several leaves into a cylinder shape and feed them into the juicer together to make it a bit quicker/easier.

Then juice the apples and finally the carrots.

This tastes so good and really healthy on top of it all!

In short, this was both delicious and simple. 

I found the juice to be lightly sweet without the bitter spinach flavor I was expecting; in terms of flavor and time, this was a GREAT recipe for a first-time juicer! A must try.

First time I have ever used a juicer so tried this recipe. Just had fuji apples, but it was really good!

In this green juice, spinach tastes mild and the parsley tastes fresh. Lemon and ginger add zing, and the cucumber adds mineral-rich water. Apples are naturally sweet so we don’t add any additional sugar or fruit, with the exception of a lemon. If you find the juice to be too tart, consider pushing a couple carrots or an extra apple through the juicer. If you’re sensitive to ginger’s warming/spicy quality, add a smaller amount at first and go from there.

You guys have the best recipes. Found you through your hummus recipe and am  impressed by how thorough you are. Your recipes are tested, easy to follow, and delicious. When I forked over the money for a juicer this was the first place I looked! I was super scared of all the greens (although excited for the nutrients). This is an excellent recipe for beginners!

I did it!! And it was soooo goood! My bf is definitely anti healthy and I made him try a sip and next thing I know he’s asking me for more! ?? Hahahah anyways, i made everything in a blender and just added a bit of water, it was delishh! A bit warm and spicy but so nutritious! ?

How to make Wheatgrass shots and Juice

10.5 oz Fresh wheatgrass

Cut your wheatgrass as low as possible to the root just before you&#39;re ready to juice it. 

Rinse the wheatgrass (especially if it&#39;s not homegrown) and discard any leaves that have turned completely yellow.

Pass small bunches of wheatgrass through the juicer. It&#39;s possible that the juicer may get jammed once in a while, so remove the pulp manually and then continue.  Eventually, you&#39;ll be left with all the juice and the small amount of leftover pulp (see the blog post for how to use this).

If using a juicer:

If you don&#39;t have a juicer, then fear not because you can still make wheatgrass juice, you&#39;ll just need your wheatgrass, a blender, a cup or two of water, and either a nut milk mag or cheesecloth (to drain your juice).

Blend the wheatgrass and water until all the wheatgrass is completely pulverized. *

Pass the juice through a nut milk bag (or cheesecloth) to collect the juice. Take care to squeeze out every last drop and get as many nutrients out of the wheatgrass juice that you can.

How to store the juice: You can consume the juice immediately or it can be kept in the fridge for up to a week (although, it will lose nutritional value over time!). I like to keep mine in shot-sized glass vials (60ml) in the fridge.Alternatively, you can freeze portions of 3-4 Tbsp (about 60ml) in a large ice-cube tray and simply thaw one each morning.

Celery Cucumber Green Juice Recipe

This Collard Mint Green Juice is the perfect flavorful and refreshing summer green juice. It&#39;s made with 4 simple ingredients and cold-pressed. This green juice recipe is raw vegan and refined sugar-free.

Collard Mint Green Juice

Begin by washing the ingredients and assembling the juicer.

Cut the cucumber into medium-sized chunks. Turn on the juicer.

Add the ingredients to the juicer alternating between ingredients. Add the Collard greens and mint leaves to the auto-cut chute and watch how it automatically cuts through the tough stems. You may need to tamper the green leaves down with the included tamper.

serving

Release the juice into the cups. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy!

How to make cucumber juice with a juicer, blender, or machine-free! Cucumber juice is tasty, refreshing, and packed with hydration and health benefits! Best of all, there are three ways to get the cucumber juice; with and without a juicer!

How to Make Cucumber Juice (3 Methods)

No matter which of the below methods you choose to use, you should wash the cucumber well.

Cut the cucumber enough to fit the chute of your juicer, and then feed it into the machine. And it's as simple as that!

With a Juicer

Roughly chop the cucumber into small-ish pieces (which will make it easier to blend). This method is best used by those with a high-powered blender. Otherwise, you may need to add a little extra water to the machine to help you blend the cucumber down into a smooth-ish pulp (this will depend on how many cucumbers you&#039;re using). I recommend adding ½ cup of water, to begin with, and increasing if needed – as you don&#039;t want to water the fresh cucumber juice down too much.This can take up to 2 minutes based on the strength of your machine and how smooth you want the pulp.

When ready, transfer the pulp to a sieve, layers of cheesecloth, or a nut milk bag and squeeze out as much juice as possible.

With a Blender

This is the best way I&#039;ve found to juice cucumber without a juicer. Using a grater, grate your cucumber. You could alternatively try to chop it very finely, but grating yields the best results (and is faster to do).

Then transfer the cucumber to either cheesecloth or nut milk bag and twist and squeeze to get out as much liquid as possible.Salting the cucumbers and allowing them to rest can encourage them to release extra liquid. However, it also means you have salty cucumber juice – so this is a step I avoid.

How to use the leftover pulp? The pulp can be collected to make a dish like tzatziki or added to smoothies and other dishes. If you don&#039;t want to use it immediately, you can divide the pulp into an ice-cube tray and freeze it for longer-term storage. For smoothies, just place a few ice cubes in the blender along with your other ingredients.

With a Grater

Almost all fresh juices are best consumed immediately to make the most of all the nutrients. However, any leftover cucumber juice will store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day.Alternatively, you can freeze the juice. However, this will affect some of the nutrients – so fresh is always best. To freeze the juice, though, I recommend pouring it into large silicone ice-cube trays (portioned) and then transferred it to a freezer-safe bag/container for up to a month. That way, you can take out just as much as you need each time.

How to Store

So simple and hydrating. If you're just starting out and need a little sweetness, add 1/2 a Granny Smith Apple. Reduce it slowly to just cucumber and lemon. Many of my clients love this one for its simplicity and to improve their skin, hair, and nails. You can add a handful of parsley (stalks and all) to try a slightly different, fresh herbal flavor that adds minerals and helps purify your blood.&nbsp;
