Italian Sausage and Vegetables are one of my favorite ground sausage recipes. It’s loaded with ground sausage, colorful veggies, and full of flavor!

Easy Italian Ground Sausage and Vegetables

olive oil (divided)

Italian sausages (sliced)

onion

red bell pepper (sliced)

green bell pepper (sliced)

yellow bell pepper (sliced)

garlic

oregano

basil

salt and pepper (to taste)

In a large skillet over medium heat add 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Once hot, add sliced sausages and cook until it’s nicely browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the rest of the olive oil. Then add the sliced onions and bell peppers.

Cook for a few minutes until slightly soft.

Add the garlic, oregano, basil, chicken broth, and salt to taste. Return the sausage back to the pan and cook until the sausage is completely cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
