haas avocados, diced

cherry tomatoes, quartered

red onion, thinly sliced

fresh cilantro, chopped

lime juice

cumin

salt

red chili flakes

Add everything to a large salad bowl and...

Taste and season with additional salt if needed.

Serve immediately.

This avocado salsa is perfect - smooth, flavorful, and so quick and easy. Perfect with any and all Mexican food, like chips, tacos, taquitos, burritos, nachos. Naturally Whole30, paleo, and vegan.

Blend all ingredients on high speed until very smooth. Add salt to taste, if desired. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge, at least a week.

MARINADE: combine the ingredients for the marinade along with 1 ½ teaspoons salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Use a whisk to combine before adding the jalapeño slices and the chicken breast. Let marinate covered in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Remove from the refrigerator and allow the chicken to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.

Set a large cast iron skillet or nonstick skillet over high heat and let heat up for a couple of minutes. Drizzle in a teaspoon of oil and add half the chicken to the pan and cook on each side for about 3-5 minutes or longer depending on the thickness of the chicken. If the pan becomes too hot, reduce the heat to medium-high. Remove the chicken from the panand allow to rest for several minutes. Cooke the remaining chicken the same way. Slice the chicken into thin slices.

FAJITA VEGGIES: Add another teaspoon of oil to the pan over high heat, add half the onions and bell peppers. Let the veggies begin to sizzle and toss as necessary. You can drizzle in some of that chicken marinade if you want to flavor the veggies but be sure to cook them well. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove the veggies to a plate and cook the remaining veggies the same way.

A tasty Salsa Guacamole made from fresh or frozen avocado halves is an easy cruda taco sauce staple. No heating or roasting of any kind, just combine all fresh ingredients and blend. You&#039;ll love this Avocado season favorite.

Salsa Guacamole

halves avocado (ripe or frozen avocado)

cilantro sprigs (stems)

garlic

serrano peppers (or jalapenos)

lime (juiced)

tsp kosher salt (or 1/2 tsp sea salt)

Gather all ingredients including the salt and set in a bowl or directly into blender (Tip! fits in a smoothie cup, if you&#39;re using a ninja blender).

Add water and juice of half the lime. The other half will be used when blending is complete.

Blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth. If making from frozen avocado, you may need to shake the cup at least once to assist. Repeat blending in 10 second intervals.

Pour salsa in a bowl, sprinkle remaining lime, and stir it in. Eat immediately or refrigerate for later consumption.
