This recipe for cannabis infused gummies makes a large amount of gummies. This is great for microdosing or if you like to eat a lot of gummies. The secret to making this successfully is to whisk lots and keep it boiling.

Cannabis Infused Gummies

pack Flavored Jello (3 ounce)

dram Extra Flavor (if desired)

g Gelatin

tsp Soy Lecithin

tbsp Infused Coconut Oil

Water, divided

Combine Cannabis Infused Coconut Oil, Soy Lecithin and 3/4 cup of water in a saucepan. Heat on low-medium until all blended.

Add gelatin to 1 cup of boiling water, whisk thoroughly.

Add Jello package to gelatin water and whisk thoroughly.

Add the gelatin/water/jello mix to the pot with the oil/lecithin/water and bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking briskly. Continue whisking boiling mixture for 6 minutes, adjusting heat as needed to prevent over/under boiling.

Remove from heat and let mixture cool slightly before pouring into molds.

Allow 2 hours to completely cool at room temperature.

Remove gummy candies from molds and allow to air dry for 48 to 60 hours. Turn gummy candies over if tops are shrinking faster than the rest of the gummy.

These infused gummies are made with all natural ingredients, including blueberry, pineapple, lavender and agar powder.

Lavender Concentrate

Pineapple Extract

Vanilla Extract

Citric Acid Powder1 teaspoon Milk Powder (optional)

Xanthan Gum

Agar Agar Powder

½ teaspoon Citric Acid Powder

Reduce your MagicalButter Tincture to an MBO (recipe on site).

 In a separate saucepan bring equal parts raw sugar and water to a boil to make a simple syrup.

 Add fresh ginger juice. To do this scrape off the ginger skin with a spoon run through a grater then squeeze to extract the juice.

 Add the blueberries to a food processor or emulsifier and puree (add ¼ c water to help achieve).

 Add the blueberry puree into ginger syrup stir.

 Lower the mixture to low-medium heat. Add the lavender concentrate vanilla extract pineapple extract xantham gum citric acid powder agar agar powder milk powder and MBO. Gently stir until completely combined on about 10 minutes. (if there is any clumping with the milk powder simply puree the fully combined gummy formula on low speed before pouring them into the tray.)

 Pour your gummies into your desired Magical Gummy Tray and set in the fridge for 1 hour.

lemon juice

tbsp honey ⅓

Blend 1 cup of strawberries with the water till smooth.

Strain through a sieve into a pot.

On medium heat add the lemon juice and honey and take off the heat.

While off the heat but still hot, add your cannabis tincture and gelatin and stir well.

Divide the mixture in a gummy bear silicone matt, and refrigerate or blast-chill in freeze for at least an hour till gelatin is set.

1.5 Ounces Unflavored Gelatin

Start by prepping your candy molds with the nonstick spray. Tip: place the molds on a cookie sheet to make it easier to move them around later on.

Next, in a saucepan (2-4 quart), whisk together both the flavored and unflavored gelatin  along with the cold water. When the gelatin is fully dissolved, place the saucepan on medium heat. Allow the mixture to liquefy on the stove, whisking as needed.When your mixture has thoroughly liquefied, you can remove it from the heat.

Carefully use a&nbsp;Dropper or pipette to fill the prepped molds with the liquid.&nbsp; Allow the candy to cool in the molds. They can be placed in a refrigerator for a few hours or in a freezer for 15-20 minutes.

3-Ingredient Sour Patch Kids Recipe

sugar, divided (organic cane sugar if possible)

1.5 TBS citric acid*

Slice citrus in half. Using a fork, scrape out the insides of the fruit and reserve for another use (like juicing). Be careful not to puncture the citrus peel itself. Using a small knife, cut a slit into the side of each peel and press to flatten (like the shape you would see on an atlas). Use a small and sharp cutter to cut out shapes of choice. If you do not have a small cutter, cut citrus into small rectangular strips.

Add cut out citrus to a medium pot on the stove with a few cups of water. Bring both to a boil over high heat (covering the pot can speed up this process). Once citrus is boiling (with heavy bubbles), let cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and drain liquid away. Repeat this process two more times (so you will have three boilings total). Each time you boil, you are helping soften the peels and removing some of their more bitter notes).

After the third round, add peels back to the pot with 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil again, stir, and let cook 20-30 minutes, until mixture is very bubbly and fragrant. Carefully drain the liquid off, as the molten sugar can burn you! Place candied peels on a wire rack and let dry for a few minutes, until not hot to the touch.

Mix remaining 1 cup sugar with citric acid in a medium bowl. Toss candied peel in this mixture to coat. Place back on the wire rack to dry fully. Sour Patch Kids will keep for about a month in a sealed container. Feel free to reserve sugar coating and re-roll just before eating!

I can't believe how easy this is to make! I've always wanted a use for citrus peels and this is such a fun example.

How to Make Sour Patch Kids (3-Ingredient Recipe)

Li Hing Mui gummy bears are a popular snack in Hawaii. A little mixture of the li hing mui powder with some gummies will make a wonderful sweet snack full of tangy, sweet and sour flavors.

Li Hing Mui Gummy Bears

sugar

tbsp sorbitol

corn syrup glucose

tbsp gelatin

tsp citric acid

tsp candy flavoring

oil spray

tsp sugar

tsp li hing mui powder

Combine the gelatin and water in a microwave bowl. Let it bloom for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Combine sugar, corn syrup, and sorbitol in a pot over medium heat. Bring it to a simmer and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

Add citric acid and sugar mixture to the gelatin bowl. Stir until the gelatin has melted.

Scrape off the foam with a spoon. Divide the gelatin up to three different bowls for three different flavorings.

Stir in ½ teaspoon of flavoring to each bowl and add 2-3 drops of food coloring according to the flavoring.

Lay the gummy mold on a baking sheet and lightly spray the mold with oil. Using a dropper, carefully fill the gummy molds. If the gelatin starts to firm up, nuke it in the microwave for a few seconds until it becomes liquified again. Chill in the fridge for up to 24 hours. The longer it chills, the less sticky the gummies are.

Pop the gummies out from the mold and add it to a bowl. In a small separate bowl, add in the lemon juice, sugar, and li hing mui powder. Stir to combine. Add the li hing mui mixture to the gummy bowl. Stir to coat all of the gummies. Adjust the ratio of li hing mui to your preference.

Serve and enjoy these onolicious Li Hing Mui Gummy Bears.

How to Make Hawaiian Style Li Hing Mui Gummy Bears

Gummy Eyeballs are the way to go for Halloween; they can decorate drinks, punch bowls, cakes or by themselves. They are made with coconut milk, cranberry juice and blueberry so the kids can indulge in eyeballs for a treat!

How to make Gummy Eyeballs

400 ml coconut milk (one can)

ml cranberry juice (or any juice)

blueberries (or dark chocolate balls)

tbsp sugar

Add one gelatine sheet to a water bowl to soften, and add it (or ½ tsp. powder) to the simmering cranberry juice. Stir. (if you use Agar, add ½ tsp. to the liquid before cooking, let simmer a few minutes).

Add less than a tablespoon of juice to the mould, and add the blueberry in the center.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Let the remaining gelatine sheets (and agar) soak for 5 minutes in 100 ml of cold water before adding them to the simmering coconut milk with the added sugar. (You can add 3 tsp. of powdered gelatine directly to the simmering coconut milk + water.)

Once the gelatine dissolves (it is almost instant for gelatine, but Agar takes 2-3 minutes to cook), let it cool for 5-10 minutes.

Fill up the rest of the mould with the coconut liquid.

Refrigerate overnight for up to 24 hours before serving.

The coconut and cranberry blueberry combo is interesting and looks awesome. I am sure they'll taste yummy too. Great fun idea for kids.
