These healthy brownies have it all – the luscious fudgy texture, the intense chocolate flavour and they’re easy to make! Plus, they’re gluten, grain and dairy free, as well as paleo.

Super Fudgy Healthy Brownies (Gluten Free, Grain Free, Dairy Free, Paleo)

oz (125 g) 80%+ dark chocolate, chopped

(50 g) coconut oil, softened at room temperature ((but not melted))

eggs, room temperature

almond flour

(30 g) cocoa powder

salt

dark chocolate chunks and chips ((optional))

Pre-heat the oven to 355 ºF (180 ºC) and line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with greaseproof/baking paper.

In a heat-proof bowl above a pot of simmering water, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together. Set aside.

Using a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, or a hand mixer with the double beater attachments, whisk the eggs and coconut sugar until pale, fluffy and tripled in volume. This will take about 5 - 7 minutes.

Slowly drizzle in the melted chocolate while whisking on low speed. Whisk until the chocolate is fully incorporated.

Sift the almond flour, cocoa powder and salt into the egg-chocolate mixture, and gently fold in the dry ingredients (using a spatula) until no clumps remain.

Stir most of the chocolate chunks and chips into the brownie batter, then transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan. Smooth out the top, and sprinkle over the rest of the chocolate chunks and chips.

Bake in the pre-heated oven at 355 ºF (180 ºC) for 18 - 20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out with moist crumbs attached (for fudgy brownies) or even with some half-baked batter attached (for gooey brownies).

Serve the brownies either still warm or once cooled.

The healthy brownies keep well in a cool dry place in a closed container for 3 - 4 days.

This clever no-bake tart from Elle Young uses raw cacao and coconut oil, sweetened naturally with dates, oranges and honey

Chocolate orange tart

Put the dates in a bowl, cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 20 mins. Meanwhile, whizz the ingredients for the crust in a food processor until combined. Tip the mixture into a 23cm loose- bottomed fluted tart tin, using your fingers to spread it evenly across the base and push into the fluted sides. Cover with cling film and chill while you make the filling.

Drain the dates and put in a blender with the zest and juice of 1 orange, the coconut oil, honey and cacao. Whizz together until mostly smooth, then scrape into the chilled crust and smooth with the back of a spoon. Chill for at least 1 hr. Remove from the fridge 10 mins before serving and sprinkle with the remaining orange zest and extra cacao.

Lemon Berry Yogurt Trifles

oz angel food cake

(5.3 oz) Yoplait Greek 100 Lemon Yogurts

(5.3 oz) Yoplait Greek 100 Mixed Berry Yogurts

Whipped topping

Lemon slices

2. Add a layer of angel food cake in the bottom of each dish.

3. Top the angel food cake with a layer of strawberries and blueberries.

4. Add a layer of mixed berry yogurt, about half of one container.

5. Repeat the layers of angel food cake and strawberries and blueberries.

6. Add a layer of lemon yogurt, about half of one container.

7. Top the trifles with a swirl of whipped topping, a lemon slice and a few more berries.

This healthy oat milk ice cream recipe is so delicious, rich, and creamy! With eggs, cinnamon, nut butter, and maple syrup, it&#039;s a true treat.

Oat Milk Ice Cream

oat milk (divided)

almond butter*

sugar

cinnamon (optional)

maple syrup

vanilla extract

vodka or bourbon (optional, see note)

mix-ins of choice: toasted walnuts (chocolate chips, crushed cookies (optional))

Prepare

Place 1 1/2 cups of the oat milk in a large bowl and set a mesh strainer on top.

Whisk

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks. Set near the stove.

Simmer

Warm the remaining 1 1/2 cups of the oat milk, almond butter, sugar, salt, and cinnamon (if using) in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until the almond butter melts and the mixture is smooth. Continue cooking, stirring often, until the mixture comes to a slight simmer, bubbling around the edges of the pan. Do not let come to a full boil.

Temper

Slowly pour the warm oat milk mixture into the egg yolks, adding in a little at a time, whisking constantly (do not add it too quickly or the eggs will scramble). Scrape the mixture back into the saucepan.

Cook

Stir the mixture constantly over medium heat with a heatproof spatula, scraping the bottom as you stir, until the mixture thickens slightly and easily coats the back of a spoon. DO NOT let the mixture boil. This will take about 3 minutes.

Strain

Pour the thickened mixture through the strainer into the bowl with the oat milk. Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla.

Chill

Let the mixture come to room temperature, then chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Freeze

Freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions (to make this oat milk ice cream without an ice cream maker, see notes). During the last few minutes of churning, add any mix-ins of choice. Enjoy!

This easy recipe for flourless pumpkin brownies takes only 5 minutes to get in the oven and is made with only one bowl. These brownies are completely gluten free and dairy free.

Flourless Pumpkin Brownies

almond butter (or other natural nut butter)

pumpkin puree

eggs

vanilla

cocoa powder

tsp baking soda

chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a 8&#215;8 baking dish with grease or parchment paper. 

In a large bowl, mix together almond butter and pumpkin.

Whisk in the eggs, then add the maple syrup and vanilla.

Add cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, and stir till combined.

Pour into pan and bake for 22-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Different size pans will yield different baking times.

Let cool before serving (For topping, melt chocolate chips in microwave with 1 tsp coconut oil)

I made with with 1/2c of stevia instead of honey and they were great! I added a tbs more pumpkin.

I also added 2tbs flaxseed and some walnuts (to the adult side of the pan) and a little powdered sugar (to the kid side of the pan). My picky 9-yr old who won’t eat any nuts or peanut butter loved them! I just didn’t mention they had almond butter in them.

I make these all the time and they are truly the only brownies I ever want anymore - nothing compares!

I absolutely love this recipe!! I've made it a few times and it's come out perfect each time. I even doubled the recipe to use the entire can of pumpkin puree and froze it. Completely forgot about it in the freezer until last night. Enjoying it as a mid-day snack today :)

This are so awesome! My boyfriend has ulcerated colitis and so I was on the hunt for a brownie recipe that had no sugar, no flour, and no dairy. These were so good, I made them twice in one week! The first time I found them on the dryer cakey side but I added more of the pumpkin and honey and that seemed to get the texture to where I wanted it, I also added a dash of cinnamon and that took it to another level. The best! I’m not a huge fan of brownies but my fiancé is. I made this for him so he couldn’t healthier and he had no idea it was made with pumpkin!! I’d say it’s slightly more cake likes and brownie. It was very light and fluffy. Sooo good! Must try!!!

I ended up trying it with organic peanut butter (sugarless) and it worked splendidly! I had my doubts about making healthy brownies , but these are soooo good! Perfectly chocolatey and gooey, especially when you heat them up in the microwave! Granted, I did double the amount of chocolate chips :) and omitted the chocolate drizzle.

I’m so sorry to say that I was prepared for this to be repulsive. I have been paleo for a year and I used to love baking, now I find that I’m let down by paleo friendly recipes more often than not. Wow oh wow. These were just delightful!!! I made these for some friends that came over and didn't tell them anything other than that they were brownies. They RAVED and a) couldn't taste the pumpkin at all and b) had no idea that they were flourless!! Big win that you don't feel heavy and bloated after eating them. They are that perfect. Recipe was SO easy too.

One note/word of caution – 22 minutes in an 8x8 didn't do it at all for me. I had to add about another 15 minutes. So just be forwarded if you're in a time crunch you might need that extra time!

Love these brownies! I have made them twice now and was very happy each time. Feels decadent but is a nice, lighter alternative to a traditionally baked brownie. Love to top with whipped cream or ice cream! The almond butter adds great flavor.

These flourless brownies are the BEST. Every time I make them, my first bite is immediately followed with, "I can't believe these are healthy!" My boyfriend loves them too. Definitely don't skip Erin's recommendation for extra chocolate on top! :)

My husband and I both agreed this was the best lasagna we've ever had! This recipe is a keeper -- and you'd never guess that it's healthier than lasagna might normally be!

I made a mistake with this recipe but it still turned out great! I wasn't thinking and used a full can of pumpkin and then wondered why they were SO gooey and fudgy (when the recipe and reviews said they are more like a cake! -- which is how I realized my mistake.) Well, I love fudgy brownies and they are still delicious but probably way too gooey because you kind of have to spoon them out of the pan. However, I may experiment next time with just a tad extra pumpkin (rather than a full can) to see how they come out!

Just made these! The texture is amazing. I used monk fruit and think I should have added more. They just were not sweet enough for me but otherwise delish! I made these brownies using flax egg and they are delicious.  The recipe made a 13x9 pan.  I froze the left overs, and when thawed , they are great too.

I did 3 tbsp of Milled Golden Roasted Flax from Costco with 1/2 cup warm water and let sit. This equals 3 eggs

And I always make it in a loaf pan for extra thickness. My most recent batch came out extra thick. I even eat them for breakfast since they are kinda healthy!

Healthy Fruit Pizza - 2 Ways - the perfect breakfast, brunch or dessert for summer parties, BBQ&#x27;s and cookouts. Made with your favorite selection of rainbow fruit or mixed berries, and a gluten free granola crust with Vanilla Greek yogurt.

old fashioned oats (, (use coconut flakes

oat flour (, (use almond flour

coconut oil (, room temperature (melted butter can be substituted))

honey ((use low carb sweetener

cinnamon

1-1/3 cups thick plain Greek OR Skyr yogurt

blackberries

raspberries

oranges

kiwi (, sliced (leave out for keto))

strawberries (sliced)

Plus any other fruits you

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Grease a 10-inch cake pan with baking spray or line with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine oats, oat flour, cinnamon, vanilla,&nbsp;and salt together. Add the honey and coconut oil and mix until dough is combined and sticks together. Use your hands or a fork as needed.

Spread the mixture into prepared pan and press down firmly with a spatula or the bottom of a glass cup.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely (place in the refrigerator or freezer to cool faster).

Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl, combine yogurt with honey and vanilla. Use an offset spatula to spread yogurt over cooled crust.

Decorate with your favorite combination of fruit. Enjoy immediately or place in the fridge to cool and set.

Coconut Flour Brownies

tsp pure vanilla extract

coconut flour

coconut sugar**

sea salt

chocolate chips, optional***

Fudgy sweet potato brownies satisfy your chocolate craving the healthy way! Easy to make, naturally sweetened, and so chewy and yummy.

Sweet Potato Brownies

sweet potatoes (about 8 to 10 ounces each)

white whole wheat flour

ground nutmeg

baking powder (I recommend aluminum free)

Preheat

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper so that you have some overhanging the sides, then lightly coat with baking spray. Set aside.

Beat

Place the sweet potatoes in the microwave and cook on high for 7 to 10 minutes or until completely softened. Once cool enough to handle, scoop out 2 cups of the flesh and discard the skin. Place in a larger mixing bowl, then beat until mashed and fairly smooth. Beat in the melted coconut oil (or butter) until combined, then beat in the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Beat in the eggs 1 at a time, stopping to scrape down the bowl as needed.

Stir

In a separate bowl, stir together the white whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix gently, just until the dry ingredients are incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake

Scrape the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, just until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Place the pan on a wire rack and let cool completely. (The brownies taste better the longer they sit). Gently lift the brownies out of the pan onto a wire rack. Slice and serve.
