Jello Ice Cream Mold can be made with your favorite jello flavors! An old school recipe that's perfect for holidays, barbeques, and parties!

Jell-O Ice Cream Mold

oz Vanilla Ice Cream

Orange Gelatin ((3 oz))

Water (boiling divided)

Lime Gelatin ((3 oz))

Lemon Gelatin ((3 oz))

box Cherry Gelatin ((3 oz))

Grease a bundt pan or gelatin mold and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine orange gelatin mix and 1 cup of boiling water.

Stir to dissolve.

Add 12 ounces of ice cream and stir until blended.

Add to mold and refrigerate for 15 minutes until the top is slightly set.

In a medium bowl, combine lime gelatin mix and 1 cup of boiling water.

Gently add to mold and refrigerate for 15 minutes until the top is slightly set.

Repeat with the remaining 2 layers and refrigerate 4 hours before serving.

Loosen edges with a butter knife to aid release.

This Strawberry Jello Mold is a tasty variation to add to your holiday get togethers in place of the Orange Jello Mold.  My grown children expect to see one on the table when they return home for the holidays.

Add the strawberries to the jello.

Put the jello in the fridge until almost set.  About an hour and 20 minutes.

Remove from fridge and fold in the full...

Remove from fridge and fold in the full tub of Cool Whip.

Spray the jello mold with cooking spray.

Scrape the jello mixture into the mold.

Return to fridge to finish setting. Let set...

When ready to serve remove from fridge and open the lid of mold.Invert onto the serving dish and remove center piece.  Mold will slide down onto plate.
