My ketosis is liquifying my fat and I ate these brownies as my midnight snack for the last 65 days and I have lost 8 pounds. I'll call that a win!! If you want a little extra help to your diet, try boiling it!

I loved it. The changes I made. I used splenda and 1/2 C cocoa. I blended in a food processor. It turned out smooth and silky. Scooped it into 20 mounds and froze. It is the best dessert I have had since starting keto a week ago.

I added sweetener . I like my chocolate fairly sweet.

These are terrible! I would rather just eat a scope of the cream cheese and/or oil alone. I added a 0 carb sweetener, which makes them a little better but I suggest just finding a recipe that tastes better from the beginning without you having to try to add things yourself

So nasty without altering the recipe.  I took them out of the freezer and thawed them out so i could add confectioner.  Wish I had read the comments before making.  Fortunately, it was easy to mix in the sweetener after they had thawed.  I added 1/4 cup of swerve confectioner and then sprinkled some additional confectioner on top of each.  Glad I didn't have to waste the ingredients!  Also, there was way too much coconut oil.  Probably could have used half of what the recipe calls for.  These are good but not without adding sweetener.

I added 1/4c of peanut butter and 1/4c of allulose sweetener. Too bitter without.

These completely hit the spot.  I’m glad I ignored the negative reviews because I don’t like overly sweet chocolate.   I wouldn’t change a thing.  Thanks!

These Powdered Keto Donuts taste just like the ones you would from a donut shop. They're soft, kind of cakey, and covered in a sugar free powdered sugar that melts in your mouth with each bite. And the best thing about these keto donuts is that each one has LESS THAN 2 NET CARBS! 

Powdered Keto Donuts | The Best Keto Donut Recipe

Dry Donut Ingredients:

½ Cup (75-80 grams) Confectioners Swerve

Tsp (5 grams) baking powder

Wet Donut Ingredients:

Eggs

Tbsps (30 grams) almond milk, unsweetened

Tbsps (32 grams) salted butter, melted

Sugar Topping:

(75 grams) Confectioners Swerve

Preheat the oven to 350° F (177°C).  

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.

Then, set the dry ingredients aside, and in a smaller mixing bowl combine all of the wet ingredients.

Once combined, slowly pour the wet ingredients into the mixing bowl with the dry ingredients. Using a spatula, mix the ingredients together until a thick batter forms.

Now, coat a donut tray with cooking spray, and fill the slots about 3/4 of the way full with batter.

Make sure to distribute the batter between the slots evenly, and then bake the donuts for 12 to 15 minutes.

Check them at 10 minutes if it's is your first time making them. And then keep checking them at the 12 minute mark, and the 15 minute mark - if need be.

Remove them from the oven when they are golden brown on top and are solid around the edges, pulling away from the circles on the donut tray.

Once they're done, allow them to cool completely before removing them from the donut pan.

Pour your Confectioners Swerve in a large bowl for coating the donuts.

Now, take a cooled donut and lightly spray the top of it with cooking spray.

Immediately place the sprayed side into the powdered sugar.

Do the same process for the other side of the donut. And for the best results, repeat the spray and cover process a couple of times per donut.

Repeat this process with all of the donuts, and serve.

This Keto French Silk Pudding is decadent, delicious and surprisingly low carb. With only 5 ingredients, this simply delicious dessert is simple to make!

In  large  bowl,  beat  whipping  cream  until  stiff  peaks  form.  Set  the  cream  in  the  refrigerator.&nbsp;

Place  Truvia,  chocolate,  eggs,  and  butter  in  a  1  quart  saucepan.  Melt  together  the  ingredients  over  medium  heat,  stirring  often.  Once  the  mixture  is  thick  enough  to  coat  the  back  of  a  spoon,  set  aside  for  5  minutes  to  cool  slightly.&nbsp;

Slowly  mix  the  chocolate  mixture  into  the  whipped  cream,  and  stir  gently  until  it  is  well-incorporated.

Pour  into  six  4  ounce  ramekins  and  refrigerate  until  set,  about  1-2  hours.&nbsp;&nbsp;

This is an easy recipe to make vanilla ice cream that&#039;s keto friendly, low carb, and sugar free. It&#039;s a simple dessert with just 4 ingredients and only 2 grams of net carbs per serving. No ice cream maker needed.

Chill Pan: Prepare durable dish with 1.5 quart capacity, safe for freezer and hand mixer use — I use glass 9x5 inch loaf pan. Place pan in freezer to chill for about 10 minutes.

Combine Ingredients: Whisk all ingredients in large bowl until sweetener is completely dissolved. Pour mixture into chilled pan, and freeze uncovered for about 45 minutes or until edges of mixture begin to set.

Beat &amp; Freeze (Note 3): Scrape down sides and use electric hand mixer directly in pan to beat for about 30 seconds on low or until smooth. Return pan to freezer. Repeat this process every 30 minutes to scrape down frozen bits and beat mixture until smooth, freezing in between, for about 3 hours or until mixture is no longer liquid. As mixture freezes, it will become firmer each time you beat it. After beating for last time, use rubber spatula to flatten surface of ice cream, cover, and store in freezer until frozen.

Serve (Note 4): Prior to serving, take ice cream out of freezer to thaw a bit before enjoying.

These low carb dessert bars represent the best of both worlds — part pumpkin pie and part cheesecake, so you can get both flavors in a single bite. The bars are layered with an almond flour crust, a middle cheesecake layer, and a top pumpkin layer.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

almond flour ((Note 1))

powdered erythritol sweetener

(8-ounce) bricks cream cheese, room temperature ((Note 3))

Prepare: Line bottom and sides of 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 300 F.

Make Crust: Stir melted butter and sweetener in mixing bowl until combined, then stir in almond flour until butter is absorbed, forming dough. Transfer dough to lined baking dish, and firmly press down using hands or measuring cup to form flat, smooth crust covering entire bottom of dish.

Bake Crust: Bake crust for 15 minutes at 300 F. Remove crust from oven and rest for 10 minutes while filling is prepared in next step.

Make Cheesecake Layer: Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat cream cheese and sweetener in large bowl with electric hand mixer on low speed until well-mixed. Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed until just combined. Transfer about half of mixture over crust, spreading evenly — this becomes cheesecake layer.

Make Pumpkin Layer: Beat remaining mixture with pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves until combined. Carefully scoop small amount of pumpkin mixture over cheesecake layer. Repeat to evenly distribute pumpkin mixture over cheesecake layer. Use rubber spatula to spread out and smooth pumpkin layer.

Bake Cheesecake: Bake at 350 F until cheesecake is set, about 50 minutes. Ovens vary, so frequently monitor cheesecake and remove when done (Note 4).

Cool &amp; Serve: Let pumpkin cheesecake cool, then cover and refrigerate overnight (Note 5) to harden before cutting into it. Once fully chilled, cut into 24 bars and serve or save for later (Note 6).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and pumpkin puree. Using a hand mixing, cream the two together until there are no visible clumps and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add the erythritol, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice and heavy cream. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Fast, easy and delicious!  I drizzled a little "sweetened with stevia" chocolate over each serving instead of the whipped cream.

I just made this for the first time, I am new to keto so food prep is so important, made a huge batch put into small dessert cups for the week. I had to try before I chilled though, sooo good, I think I will try my liquid pumpkin spice next time, not sure if it's because it isn't chilled yet but it's grainy, still yummy though!

This Keto Cream Pie is a flakey buttery pie crust topped with coconut pudding and whipped cream. A dream keto dessert for coconut lovers!

Egg Yolks (at room temperature)

Eggs (at room temperature)

Granulated Sweetener

Xanthan Gum

Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Heavy Cream

Powdered Erythritol

First, prepare the coconut flour pie crust. Make sure you add the 4 tablespoons of erythritol and 1/2 teaspoon of coconut extract to the crust recipe for extra flavor.

Bake the crust following recipe instructions and cool it in the pan, at room temperature before adding any filling.

While the crust is in the oven, prepare the coconut cream filling.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together: egg yolk, whole egg, erythritol, and xanthan gum that you gently sprinkle on top - don&#39;t add all the gum at once to avoid lumps! Whisk until fully combined. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, heat the unsweetened coconut milk and heavy cream over medium heat. Bring to a simmer for 3-4 minutes and stir often to prevent the liquid from overflowing the saucepan.

Remove the saucepan from heat. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the hot milk into the egg mixture and whisk vigorously to combine. Repeat this step once, stirring 1 extra tablespoon of the hot milk into the egg mixture. This step is very important, it brings the eggs to a lukewarm temperature and prevents the hot milk from  &#39;cooking&#39; the eggs.
