Lemonade is one of my very favorite things in the whole world. This recipe beats the pants off of store bought lemonade!

Lemonade Recipe

lemon juice

water (for simple syrup)

sugar (white, granulated)

water (plus more, to taste)

Make a simple syrup by bringing 1 cup water to a simmer in a small saucepan, then stir in sugar until it dissolves. Chill. (Use the freezer to do this quickly).

In a large pitcher, add simple syrup, lemon juice, and 6 cups water.  Stir and add more water if desired.

Serve over ice or chill then serve.

This easy, old-fashioned lemonade, made with red and blue berries, is the ultimate summer drink and 4th of July treat.

Strawberry Lemonade

strawberries (, stems removed)

Use a blender or food processor to puree the strawberries. Strain them through a fine mesh sieve, if desired, to remove seeds.&nbsp;

In a small saucepan, over medium heat, stir together sugar and 2 cups water.&nbsp;

Bring to a boil, and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Strain the lemon juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a 2-quart pitcher. Add simple syrup and pureed strawberries and stir to combine. Refrigerate until cold.

When ready to serve, add 2 1/2 cups of cold water and stir. Taste, and add more water if it's too sweet.

Serve with ice.

▢4 1/2-5 cups water , divided (1.08- 1.18 liters)

How to Make Strawberry Lemonade

The best-ever fresh squeezed lemonade recipe – including a low sugar &amp; sugar free option! How to make homemade lemonade with simple syrup.

Homemade Lemonade with Simple Syrup

lemon juice ((from 6-8 lemons))

simple syrup ((or store-bought))

water

Prepare homemade simple syrup of choice and allow to cool (or use store-bought).

Juice fresh lemons through a fine mesh strainer to get 1 cup juice.

Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and water in a pitcher, stirring with a wooden spoon to combine.

Chill for an hour or so in the fridge before serving over ice.

Yields about 8 cups (64oz) of homemade lemonade.

A delicious and refreshing lemonade that is perfect for the summertime!

sweetened condensed milk

In a blender add the whole limes, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and water.

Blend until smooth.

Pour it into a vase using a strainer to remove the chunks of lime.

Add in ice, and serve immediately.

Homemade Lemonade

water, (divided)

raw honey

lemon juice ((approx. 4-6 large lemons))

strawberries

Homemade Lemonade (see recipe above)

blueberries ((to yield 1/2 cup juice))

peaches

raspberries ((to yield 1/2 cup juice))

Combine 1 cup of the water with raw honey and gently heat until the honey is dissolved, then transfer out of the sauce pan and allow to cool.  Set this aside because we’ll be using it in a little bit.

Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the bottom of a pitcher, followed by our simple honey syrup, and then fill the remainder of the pitcher up with the remaining 5 cups water.  Stir to combine.  This now makes our base honey-sweetened Homemade Lemonade recipe.

To break down the strawberries, add fresh strawberries to a blender and then puree them until they're evenly broken down.

Then, transfer the pureed strawberries to a fine mesh sieve and press through to get strained strawberry juice.  If you wanted to add the strawberry pieces to the lemonade, that would work as well, but this step will make it a smooth lemonade.

Add 1/4 cup of the strawberry juice to the bottom of a mason jar or tall glass, followed by the base lemonade recipe we made earlier, and then top it off with some ice cubes to keep it cool.

Start by adding fresh blueberries to a sauce pan and heating over medium-high heat.  We want the blueberries to break down and release their juices.  They’ll also become a darker color in the process.

Then, transfer the cooked blueberries to a fine mesh sieve and press through to get strained blueberry juice.

Add 1/4 cup of the juice to the bottom of a glass, followed by our fresh lemonade, and then add some ice cubes to finish it off.

Blueberry Lemonade

Add diced peaches to a sauce pan and heat over medium-high heat.  We want the peaches to break down and release their juices, so cook them, stirring occasionally, until they become soft and liquidy.

Then, transfer the cooked peaches to a fine mesh sieve and press through to get strained peach juice.

Add 1/4 cup of the peach juice to the glass, then fill it to the top with the lemonade recipe, and then add ice cubes to get it cold.

Peach Lemonade

Break down the raspberries by adding them to a blender and then puree them until they're evenly broken down.

Then, transfer the pureed raspberries to a fine mesh sieve and press through to get strained raspberry juice.  If you wanted to add the raspberry pieces to the lemonade, that would work as well, but this step will make it a smooth lemonade.

Add 1/4 cup of the raspberry juice to a mason jar or glass, then fill it to the top with the base lemonade and then add a few ice cubes to get it cold.

Raspberry Lemonade

I'm a little lazy when it comes to making home made cold drinks etc, but I made your lemonade recipe and squeezed out a few oranges and then added some good quality rooibos tea. I honestly think that rooibos made it better and I'm sure that playing with different types of fruits would also work and you need alot less fruit juice so it makes it a little more affordable.

Our refreshing Brazilian Lemonade is the perfect drink to sip on, on those hot dog days of summer. Sweet, a bit tart, and oh so creamy!

Add all of the ingredients, except for the ice, to the blender and blend for about 1 minute, or until everything is smooth.

Strain the drink with a wire mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove any pulp, discard the pulp or use in another recipe.

Add ice (2 cups) before serving and enjoying!
