If you want some banging chilli flavours, try these crisp coated cauliflower florets with a creamy spicy sauce for an irresistible starter, side dish or light meal.

Bang Bang Cauliflower

70 grams/2½oz panko breadcrumbs

sea salt flakes

tsp black pepper

paprika

garlic powder

cauliflower,

100 milliliters/3½fl oz oat milk

milliliters/4fl oz sriracha mayonnaise (vegan if required, see recipe tips)

tbsp sweet chilli sauce

maple syrup or agave nectar

red chilli, finely sliced (optional)

spring onions, finely sliced

Lightly spiced, crispy chicken wings drizzled with a sweet and sticky glaze – yes please! The freshness of the easy mango salsa finishes the dish perfectly.



Korean-style chicken with mango salsa 

chicken wings,

grams/1¾oz full-fat Greek-style plain yoghurt

litre/1¾ pint sunflower oil,

½ medium mango, stone removed, peeled and diced

red onion, finely chopped

red chilli, ½ diced, ½ thinly sliced to garnish

grams/½oz fresh ginger, finely grated

garlic clove, finely chopped

grams/⅓oz fresh coriander, leaves

lime juice

tbsp plain flour

tsp onion granules

cayenne pepper

sea salt

tbsp runny honey

tbsp tomato ketchup

1½ tbsp white wine vinegar

tbsp soft light brown sugar

sesame seeds

This easy baked falafel recipe is made with fresh herbs, garlic and spices. Completely delicious but a spray of oil keeps the calorie count down.

Prepare a large tray or platter. Arrange small bowls throughout (to hold small candies, dips, etc).

Arrange popcorn, candy, fruit, cheese, and other snacks in groupings around the tray.
