Spicy and delicious, this kedgeree is dead easy to make and perfect for a big family brunch. Some people love peas in a kedgeree and some don’t – it’s up to you.  It tastes great either way.

This easy American pancake recipe makes light and fluffy pancakes that are great for a weekend brunch. Try adding a large handful of fresh blueberries to the batter before cooking.

If I hadn’t eaten the Turkish eggs at Peter Gordon’s restaurant, I most certainly wouldn’t be tempted by the idea of poached eggs on Greek yoghurt. I say that only to pre-empt any hesitancy on your part. For çilbir, pronounced “chulburr”, is a revelation and a complete sensation.
