Add the ingredients to a 16-ounce mason jar or other individual storage container in the order listed above: oats, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt, diced apples, almondmilk, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and flaxseed. Do not shake. Seal jar and refrigerate overnight (or up to 5 days). You can also layer the ingredients in a bowl, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

When ready to eat, shake the jar to combine the ingredients or empty the contents of the container into a serving bowl and stir to combine. Add a little more Greek yogurt or almondmilk if a thicker/thinner consistency is desired. Add any desired toppings and enjoy!

Briskly whisk the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and protein powder together in a mixing bowl or large measuring cup, or shake them together in a mason jar so that the protein powder is as well incorporated as possible. Add the oats, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt. Whisk to completely combine. Cover with plastic wrap (or seal the lid of the jar) and refrigerate for 8 hours or up to 5 days.

When ready to serve, stir once more, then transfer to a serving bowl. If the mixture is too thick for your liking, thin with a little extra almond milk. Sprinkle with any desired toppings and enjoy immediately.

Cover and cook on low for 7 hours (overnight) or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours**, until the oats are soft but maintain a bit of chew. Remove cover and stir to evenly combine the ingredients, scraping the oats off the bottom and away from the sides. Enjoy warm with desired toppings.
