Dole 100% Pineapple Juice

2-liter bottles lemon-lime soda

empty 1 gallon milk jugs (or similar)

Divide all ingredients (except for strawberries) in half and pour into TWO 1-gallon milk jugs with lids.&nbsp;

Mixture will NOT fill the containers. Do not combine into one jug. The carbonated soda will expand while freezing to fill entire containers.&nbsp;

Put lids on milk jugs and place in freezer. Allow to freeze for at least 7 hours - overnight.&nbsp;

Take milk jugs out of freezer 2-3 hours before serving. Cut milk jugs in half and take frozen mixture out of milk jugs and put in a large bowl.&nbsp;

Break frozen mixture into smaller pieces and pour thawed punch over the top.&nbsp;

Plus, you can make it refined sugar-free or entirely sugar-free.

If you don&#39;t already have some, then the first step is to prepare simple syrup. It will be ready in just minutes and simply combines sugar (or natural sweetener) and water in a 1:1 ratio. You could also prepare a mint simple syrup for this recipe – check out the FAQs for the full method.

Juice the lemons (or limes) using your preferred method (electric juicer, by hand, etc.). You can optionally microwave the citrus for 20-30 seconds before juicing, rolling it firmly against your kitchen counter before slicing and juicing. This helps to extract as much juice as possible when using a manual juicer.

Step 1: Prepare the citrus juice

Place all the mint leaves with a little lemon juice (or water) into a blender (or in a bowl to use with an immersion blender) and blend it.I blended mine into fine pieces (this will more easily infuse the mint lemonade with the flavor). However, you could blend for longer into very fine pieces (almost a liquid consistency).

Step 2: Prepare the mint

In a large pitcher, combine one part lemon juice, one part sugar syrup, and three parts water with the blended mint.

When serving, add extra lemon slices, whole mint leaves, and lots of ice. Alternatively, you can add these to individual glasses (especially the ice, to avoid watering down the entire pitcher!).

Step 3: Combine the ingredients.

Since this mint lemonade recipe uses a lot of fresh mint, it&#39;s best to consume the lemonade within a day (two maximum). Keep it stored, covered, in the refrigerator, and give it a good stir before serving each time.If you want to make a mint lemonade recipe that will last longer, read the FAQs for preparing a mint simple syrup. When using a mint syrup, you only need a handful of whole mint leaves for the pitcher of mint lemonade. They can then be swapped out each day for lemonade with mint that you can store in the fridge for 5-7 days.

First, cut the white chocolate down into small pieces (to make it easier to melt).

Then, heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Once warm, add the white chocolate and the vanilla.

Whisk the mixture well until the white chocolate has completely melted into the white hot chocolate mixture. Heat the mixture for between 5-8 minutes, bringing it to just under a boil (WITHOUT BOILING), then remove from the heat.If you’re adding any extras, do so with the chocolate. Then, at the end, taste and adjust any of the flavors to personal preference.

Transfer the white hot cocoa to mugs, top with your toppings of choice (recommendation below) and enjoy!

Stovetop Method

Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 2-2 ½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until the chocolate is melted.Then, either serve the white chocolate hot cocoa immediately OR change the crockpot to the KEEP WARM setting.

Store: Allow the white chocolate hot cocoa to cool and then store in an airtight bottle in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.Reheat: You can reheat the hot chocolate either in the microwave or on the stovetop, whisking/stirring well until warm.

4 Ways to Juice a Watermelon (+ Watermelon Keg)

Gather the watermelon flesh. Since it&#39;s going to be juiced, there&#39;s no need to spend time cutting nice even pieces. You can simply chop the melon in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

Perhaps surprisingly, using a juicer for watermelon juice is actually my least favorite method. All you need to do is chop your melon down to size, enough to fit your juicer chute. However, I&#39;ve found that the remaining pulp is still quite &#39;wet&#39;, so it&#39;s not optimal.

Watermelon Juicer Method

You may need to do this in batches, based on how much melon you&#39;re juicing. Place the watermelon flesh in your food processor/blender and process into a juice. This should only take 30-60 seconds!

Then, use a nut milk bag or sieve to remove the broken-up seed pieces and any pulp.

Using a Food Processor/Blender

Place the watermelon flesh in a large bowl or container (i.e. the one that comes with the immersion blender- but this would need to be done in batches). Then use the blender to blend the flesh into a thick pulpy juice.

With this method, the seeds will get crushed too, so you will still need to seive the juice if preferred. Otherwise, you can keep the fiber/pulp in the juice for extra roughage.

Using a Handheld/Immersion Blender

Place the watermelon flesh in a large nut milk bag. Holding it over a large bowl, squeeze the bag with your hands to manually juice the watermelon. There&#39;s no need to go through a second sieve step, as you&#39;re already leaving the pulp behind!

Juice a watermelon by hand

All you need to make this watermelon keg/ dispenser are a large watermelon, a sharp knife, a blender (immersion or jug), and a tap and stand ( or anything to keep the melon up-right).Tip * Alternatively, if you can&#39;t find anything to use as a &#39;stand&#39;, you can cut a very thin layer of melon from the bottom. Just enough to keep it upright, without going all the way through the rind.

Cut off the top of the watermelon and set it aside. Then, with a knife or a scooper, break down a bit of the watermelon flesh.

Use either a hand-held blender to blend the watermelon juice directly in the watermelon rind or you can scoop out the flesh and blend/juice it separately using the methods above.If you are blending directly in the watermelon, pour it out from time to time and sieve to remove the seeds (not needed if you use a seedless melon). Set the juice aside. Make sure to scoop out all the watermelon flesh from inside the rind.

Place the tap in your watermelon keg. Make sure it&#39;s low enough so all the juice can be dispensed, then press the tap against the skin to leave a slight mark. You can then use a sharp knife to make an incision - slightly smaller than the mark. Then, Insert the tap through the rind.Pro Tips: Check if there&#39;s any flesh that has gotten into the end of the tap - it could potentially block the flow. Also, make sure you close the tap before you pour in the juice.

Pour in the sieved juice. You can optionally add some mint and ice cubes. Place the top of the watermelon as a lid. Enjoy your watermelon keg! Pro tip: Make sure the lid doesn&#39;t completely block the airflow, as then you cannot use the tap. Leave it slightly open or make a small incision in the back so the air can go in. You&#39;re now left with a delicious, fun fruity party drink or healthy treat to enjoy all day long! Plus friends and family are sure to love this creative way to use watermelon!

This pineapple lemonade is fabulously fruity and refreshing with a zippy (optional) ginger zing. With just 5 ingredients, you can whip up a quick and simple pineapple lemonade or pineapple limeade - a perfect drink for the warm summer days.

Easy Pineapple Lemonade (or Limeade) - With Ginger and Mint

Gather the flesh from the pineapple. If you want to save the pineapple to use as a serving container, first slice off the top and then scoop out the flesh (it’s easiest to use a pineapple corer to get this done in seconds).Alternatively, you can slice the pineapple and use a knife to cut away the flesh, leaving any tough core behind but making sure to collect all the juice.

Step 1: Prepare the pineapple

If you haven&#39;t already, then now is the time to prepare the simple syrup, too. If possible, I recommend making this the day before (or at least an hour in advance) to allow it time to cool before adding to your glass pitcher (to avoid cracking the glass).

Add the pineapple flesh, simple syrup, ginger juice (or ginger syrup), lemon or lime, and a few mint leaves to a large blender or a pitcher (if using an immersion blender). Then blend until a smooth, puree-like consistency.

Step 2: Combine the ingredients.

Add the water (still, sparkling, or soda) and ice cubes (if you plan on serving and enjoying it all immediately) and mix. You can first add half the water and taste test, then adjust the ratio to your liking. Add a few more fresh mint leaves to garnish and then serve!

Step 3: Add the water

I recommend enjoying this fresh pineapple lemonade (or limeade) within 1-2 days for the freshest, nicest flavor (especially when using fresh herbs). If you’d like to serve after the second day, I recommend straining the old herbs and adding new ones.
