I made these for our Christmas party amongst other treats, and these were the biggest hit. Super simple and super good. They taste like Reese Peanut Butter cups :)

This was a huge hit at our Thanksgiving get together. I did substitute the maple syrup with vanilla because that was what I had on hand. And I did dip them in dark chocolate. I've made several batches since then, they are in the freezer and ready to go for our work potluck and for Christmas.

I had made them last chriChris and those were so perfect and taste was amazing. LokkiLo forward to make them again this year. I have gotten so many compliments. Thanks for wonderful chriChris recipe.

Just made these over the weekend - they were SO good. The inside was a bit crumbly though - any tips on what to do to fix that?

I made these twice now the first one right by the recipe and they were good not quite enough  peanut butter tatse for me added a half cup more peanut butter and a teaspoon of vanilla and they were perfect for me. Thanks for the recipe.

Made these cookies for the first time and am very happy with the recipe. I cut back a bit on the sugar as the peanut butter already is sugared.  This recipe made almost 6 dozen good size cookies. I'd make them again. (PS I added some chopped peanuts to the batter.)

For all the extra steps it was subpar. I tweaked the recipe creaming the brown sugar with butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and a bit of nutmeg. I used coarse seasalt instead of kosher salt. I scooped out the dough into the shapes and refrigerated for an hour and while still cold i popped into the oven. Center soft and gooey and the edges crunchy. 

Also for added texture add an additional 1/2 cup of peanut butter but make it chunky peanut butter.

This is such an easy recipe to use and cookies are always delicious. It is now my go to recipe and one that is always requested by my family.

So tasty! I always use coconut oil instead of butter for added trace vitamins, and started using a 1/2 raw can sugar, 1/2 stevia blend to (somewhat reduce the sugar), but this recipe is so good—easy too! Usually I add vanilla extract as another person posted, but honestly, these are so yummy and peanut-buttery even without it!

An ice cold &quot;hot&quot; chocolate packed with peanut butter, Reese&#039;s Peanut Butter Cups, and Reese&#039;s Pieces?? Yes! This Peanut Butter Frozen Hot Chocolate is a rich and creamy frozen drink that makes hot chocolate a totally acceptable warm weather treat!

Peanut Butter Frozen Hot Chocolate

Tbsp chocolate sauce, chocolate fudge, or melted chocolate ((for glass rim))

Reese's Pieces

cocoa powder

whole milk, (divided)

peanut butter cups, (plus more for topping)

Whipped cream, (for topping)

Brush chocolate sauce around the rims of glasses or mugs and place crushed Reese&#039;s Pieces on a small plate. Rotate glass upside-down on plate to coat rims in Reese&#039;s Pieces. Save any remaining Reese&#039;s Pieces for topping whipped cream.

Add chocolate to the bowl of a double boiler (or to a heat-proof bowl set over a pot of gently simmering water) and stir until melted. Whisk in cocoa powder and 1 cup whole milk. Stir until smooth.

Remove from heat and let mixture cool to room temperature (you can put it in the fridge to speed up process).

Pour remaining 1 cup milk, cool chocolate mixture, peanut butter, peanut butter cups and ice in blender and process until smooth.

Pour into prepared glasses or mugs and top with whipped cream and remaining crushed Reese&#039;s Pieces. Add on an extra peanut butter cup if desired.

Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies (1 Bowl)

vegan butter, softened

almond milk

vanilla

all purpose flour

cornstarch

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add 1/4 cup sugar to a small bowl and set aside (for rolling the cookies in).

In a large bowl, cream together the vegan butter, peanut butter and sugars. Stir in the almond milk and vanilla until well combined. You can use a hand mixer, stand mixer or just a large wooden spoon.

Now add the flour to the bowl, and sprinkle the baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch and salt on top of the flour. Stir (or use the mixer) until just combined and a dough is formed. The dough will be thick, yet sticky.

Roll balls of dough (about 1.5 tablespoons) and then roll in the sugar until coated. Place each one on the prepared baking sheet, then press the tops to create the classic criss-cross pattern. 

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are very lightly golden brown; they will appear a bit underdone and soft but they continue to set as they cool.&nbsp;

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. These cookies will stay good at room temperature for about a week.

Peanut Butter Cup Banana Bread (Paleo, GF, DF)

almond flour

fine Himalayan salt

peanut butter (organic creamy (or almond butter))

raw honey

full-fat coconut milk

coconut oil (melted)

dark chocolate chopped (semisweet or darker)

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8½ x 4½-inch medium loaf pan with parchment paper, covering all four sides of the pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, arrowroot powder, baking soda and salt.

Using a blender or food processor, pulse together bananas, peanut butter, honey, eggs, coconut milk, and coconut oil until creamy.

Pour wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and using a rubber spatula, gently mix to combine. Do not over mix.

Fold in dark chocolate into the batter.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and top it with additional dark chocolate chunks if desired.

Bake at 350°F until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, approximately 45-50 minutes.

Set pan on a wire rack to cool.

These flourless peanut butter cookies are naturally gluten-free, and easy to make using pantry staples.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies (3 Ingredients!)

Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC) and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper (or use 1 baking sheet and clear it before starting the next batch).

Add the egg, sugar, vanilla (if using), and peanut butter to a large bowl.

Mix the ingredients together until a cohesive ball forms, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

Use a medium cookie scoop or a heaping tablespoon to portion the dough.

Roll the balls in between your palms until smooth (they should be about 1 ½” in diameter).

Place on the prepared cookie sheet, spacing the balls about 2” apart (about 8-10 cookies on a conventional cookie sheet).

Press each cookie twice with a fork, creating a criss-cross pattern. If you have problems with the fork sticking, you may need to dip the fork into powdered sugar or use a new, clean fork.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned. The centers should look soft or undone.

Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the sheet before transferring them to a wire cooling rack.

Repeat with the remaining cookie dough on the other baking sheet (or use the baking sheet you just cleared off).

Cool cookies completely before transferring to storage.

These are so good, and I love making them for gluten-free people because they taste just as good (better?) than tradtional peanut butter cookies made with flour. They also work well with natural peanut butter and sugar-free sweetener.
