Here&#039;s how to make the best peanut salad dressing, using only a few simple ingredients. This peanut dressing tastes so good, you&#039;ll want to lick the bowl clean.

Peanut Dressing

peanut butter ((40 grams))

tamari ((27 grams; gluten-free soy sauce))

rice vinegar ((25 grams))

maple syrup ((40 grams))

sesame oil ((13 grams))

sriracha ((16 grams; optional

garlic (, minced (3 grams))

ginger (, minced (3 grams))

In a bowl or mason jar, add in all of the ingredients. I use a microplane to finely mince the garlic and ginger directly into the bowl.

Use a whisk to mix everything together until smooth. Taste, and adjust any seasoning as needed.

Serve right away over your favorite greens, or place a lid on the mason jar and store it in the fridge until ready to use. It may thicken up when chilled, but you can add 1 tablespoon of water to help thin it out again. This will last in the fridge for up to 5 days.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and garlic. Thin with the water, starting with ¼ cup. (see notes.)

This Asian Peanut Sauce recipe is the best Paleo Whole30 salad dressing, made with almond butter. Super creamy smooth. You&#039;ll want to drizzle it on everything! Makes 1 cup.

Asian "Peanut" Sauce Recipe (Paleo, Whole30, GF)

almond butter

Canned Mandarin orange juice

tbsp coconut aminos

0.25 oz garlic (grated)

0.25 oz ginger (grated)

rice vinegar

olive oil

Stir-well

Stir-well the nut butter. In a large mixing cup, add ingredients from almond butter to vinegar. Stir-well.

Whisk

With one hand holding a whisk, slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking at the same time to emulsify the sauce.

Rest

Let the sauce sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. The flavor will develop further and the texture will turn extra creamy smooth.

This is my go-to recipe for whole30 compliant peanut sauce. It is DELICIOUS!

Finally found a nut sauce for salad and rolls!  I love peanut or nut sauce for summer rolls, but due to diet restrictions(no added salt/sodium or added sugars), I could not do sauces with hoisin or soy, even coconut aminos.   Like you said, I could drink this.  I used sunflower butter with no sugar or salt added.  Added chili pepper flakes because I also love a little kick.  This is a keeper for sure!
