• Meanwhile, wash and dry produce. • Trim green beans if necessary. Peel and mince garlic. Zest and quarter lemon. • Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add green beans and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and softened, 4-6 minutes.

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels and season all over with half the Tuscan Heat Spice (all for 4 servings), salt, and pepper. • Add another drizzle of oil to pan with green beans. Add chicken; cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes. • In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add minced garlic, garlic herb butter, and 1 TBSP plain butter (2 TBSP for 4); toss to coat. Turn off heat. • Add a squeeze of lemon juice (big squeeze for 4).

• Fluff rice with a fork. Stir in lemon zest and half the almonds. Season with salt and pepper to taste. • Divide rice between bowls; top with chicken and green beans. Garnish with remaining almonds and serve with remaining lemon wedges on the side.  Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.

• Meanwhile, heat a large dry pan over medium-high heat. Add pepitas and toast, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and browned, 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels and season all over with Southwest Spice Blend, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with cilantro. • Heat a large drizzle of oil in pan used for pepitas over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until browned, 1-3 minutes per side. Turn off heat. • Transfer chicken to a second baking sheet. (TIP: For easy cleanup, line baking sheet with aluminum foil first.) Roast on top rack until cooked through, 6-8 minutes.

• While chicken and zucchini roast, in a small bowl, combine red pepper crema and sour cream. • Fluff rice with a fork; stir in toasted pepitas and 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4 servings). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

• Slice chicken crosswise. • Divide rice, chicken, and roasted zucchini between plates. Drizzle chicken with smoky crema and serve. Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.

• To same pot, stir in 1 cup water (2 cups for 4 servings), beans and their liquid, and stock concentrates. Bring to a boil, then cover and cook until veggies are tender, chicken is cooked through, and soup is thickened, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.

• Stir crème fraîche into soup; season with salt and pepper to taste. • Divide soup between bowls and sprinkle with scallion greens. Serve. Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.

Seasoning (2 tsp for 4 servings; save remaining for another use), salt, and pepper.

• Remove from heat; stir in cream cheese, juice from one lemon wedge, and 3 TBSP
water (two lemon wedges and 6 TBSP water for 4 servings) until melted and
combined. (TIP: For saucier chicken, stir in another splash of water if needed.) Turn
off heat; transfer to a plate. Wipe out pan.

• In a small bowl, combine tomato, half the scallion greens, juice from one lemon
wedge (two lemon wedges for 4 servings), salt, and pepper.

• Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Add saucy chicken and tomato relish
(draining first) to bottom third of each tortilla. Fold up bottom side of each tortilla
over filling, then fold over left and right sides toward filling. Roll up tortillas, starting
with filled sides, to form wraps.

• Heat a drizzle of oil in pan used for chicken over medium heat. Add wraps and
cook until golden brown on all sides, 4-6 minutes. TIP: Depending on the size of
your pan, you may need to work in batches, adding a drizzle of oil between batches
and adjusting heat as needed.

• Halve wraps on a diagonal; divide between plates. Top with remaining scallion
greens and serve.

racks) and preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Drain pineapple over a small bowl,
reserving juice. Stir ¼ of the onion, half
the vinegar (you’ll use the rest later),
and a pinch of salt into bowl with
juice. Set aside.

• Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over
medium heat. Add remaining onion;
cook, stirring and adding splashes of
water as needed to prevent sticking,
until softened, 6-8 minutes.

• While onion cooks, halve, core, and
very thinly slice green pepper into
strips. Toss in a second small bowl
with a small drizzle of olive oil, salt,
and pepper. Dice mozzarella into
½-inch pieces.
Pat chicken dry with paper
towels; season all over with salt and
pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a
second large pan over medium-high
heat. Add chicken or sausage; cook,
stirring frequently, until cooked
through, 4-6 minutes.

• Once cooked onion is softened,
increase heat under pan to medium
high. Add pineapple; cook, stirring,
until pineapple is lightly browned,
2-3 minutes.
• Stir in remaining vinegar. Cook,
stirring, until onion and pineapple are
caramelized and jammy, 1-2 minutes
more. Turn off heat and season with
salt and pepper.

• Brush or rub each flatbread with a
small drizzle of oil. Remove prepared
baking sheet from oven; carefully place
flatbreads on sheet. (For 4 servings,
divide flatbreads between both
prepared sheets.)
• Evenly spread flatbreads with BBQ
sauce, then top with caramelized
onion and pineapple, green pepper,
Monterey Jack, and mozzarella.
Top flatbreads with chicken
or sausage.

• Return flatbreads to top rack until
cheese melts and edges are
golden brown, 10-12 minutes. (For
4 servings, return to top and middle
racks; swap rack positions halfway
through baking.)
• Transfer flatbreads to a cutting board
and top with pickled onion (draining
first) to taste. Slice into quarters, divide
between plates, and serve.

• Place kale in a large bowl; using
your hands, massage kale (similar
to how you would knead dough)
with a drizzle of olive oil and
a pinch of salt until leaves are
tender, 1 minute.
• In a second small bowl, whisk
together buttermilk dressing,
sour cream, 1 tsp Cajun Spice
Blend (2 tsp for 4), and as much
hot sauce as you like.

• Transfer Cajun ranch dressing to
bowl with kale. Add mixed
greens, cucumber, tomatoes, and
half the pickled shallot (draining
first); toss to combine. Season with
salt and pepper.
• Thinly slice steak against the grain.
• Top salad with steak and
remaining pickled shallot
(draining first). Serve.

salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until
browned and tender, 4-5 minutes.
Transfer to a third small bowl; set aside.

• Open package of chicken* and drain
off any excess liquid.
• Heat a drizzle of oil in pan used for
veggies over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and garlic powder;
season with salt and pepper. Cook,
stirring occasionally, until browned,
3-4 minutes (chicken will finish
cooking in the next step).

• Return veggies to pan with chicken;
stir in Szechuan sauce mixture and
cook, stirring, until sauce begins
to simmer and chicken is cooked
through, 1-2 minutes.
• In bowl used for sauce, mix
cornstarch with 1 TBSP water (2 TBSP
for 4 servings) until dissolved. Stir
cornstarch mixture into chicken
mixture until combined, then simmer
until sauce has thickened slightly,
30-60 seconds.
• Remove pan from heat. Stir in chili
flakes to taste (we used ⅛ tsp). TIP: If
sauce seems too thick, stir in a splash
of water.

• Fluff rice with a fork; season with salt
to taste.
• Divide rice and chicken between
bowls in separate sections. Garnish
chicken with peanuts and scallion
greens. Sprinkle with any remaining
chili flakes to taste and serve.

pepper. (For 4 servings, place zucchini
in one of the remaining trays and
tomatoes in the other; use a drizzle of
olive oil, 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder, salt, and
pepper for each tray.)
• Place trays side by side on top rack (be
sure your oven has preheated!); bake
until chicken is cooked through and
veggies are tender, 20-25 minutes.
(For 4, bake chicken on top rack and
veggies on middle rack, swapping
rack positions halfway through.)

• When chicken and veggies are almost
done, to bowl with softened butter,
add remaining garlic powder, salt,
and pepper. Stir to combine.
• Halve and toast ciabatta.
• Spread cut sides with garlic butter.
Cut each half on a diagonal.

• Once veggies have finished roasting,
add basil paste; stir to combine.
(For 4 servings, combine roasted
veggies with basil paste in one tray;
alternatively, transfer veggies to a
large bowl, then stir in basil paste.)

• Divide chicken and veggies between
plates in separate sections. Drizzle
veggies with as much balsamic glaze
as you like. Serve with garlic bread and
chili flakes on the side.

into ½-inch pieces. Place in a medium
pot with enough salted water to cover

drain and return potatoes to pot. Keep
covered off heat until ready to mash in
Step 4. 

• While potatoes cook, trim and thinly slice
mushrooms (skip if your mushrooms are
pre-sliced!). Quarter lemon.

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels. Place
between two large pieces of plastic wrap;
pound with a mallet or heavy-bottomed
pan until about ½ inch thick. Season all
over with salt and pepper.
• Sprinkle chicken all over with flour,
pressing to adhere; shake off any excess.
• Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over
medium-high heat. Add coated chicken;
cook until browned and cooked through,
3-5 minutes per side. (For 4 servings, you
may need to cook in batches.) Turn off
heat; transfer chicken to a cutting board.
Wipe out pan.

• Return pot with drained potatoes to
low heat. Add half the sour cream, half
the garlic powder, and 1 TBSP butter
(2 TBSP for 4 servings). (You’ll use
the rest of the sour cream and garlic
powder in the next step.)
• Mash until smooth and creamy, adding
splashes of reserved potato cooking
liquid as needed. Season with salt and
pepper. Keep covered off heat until
ready to serve.

• Heat a drizzle of oil in pan used for
chicken over medium-high heat. Add
mushrooms; season with remaining
garlic powder and pepper. Cook, stirring,
until softened, 2-4 minutes.
• Stir in stock concentrate and ¼ cup
water (1/3 cup for 4 servings). Bring to
a boil, then reduce to a low simmer.
Cook, stirring, until slightly thickened,
2-3 minutes.
• Remove from heat. Stir in remaining
sour cream and 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP
for 4) until melted and combined.
Season with salt and pepper.

• In a large bowl, toss arugula with a
drizzle of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon
juice, salt, and pepper until evenly
coated. Taste and season with more salt
and pepper if desired.

• Divide chicken, mashed potatoes, and
salad between plates.
• Spoon mushroom sauce over chicken
and mashed potatoes. Sprinkle
Parmesan over salad. Serve with
remaining lemon wedges on the side.

One-Pot Chicken Cannellini Kale Soup with Carrot & Lemon

Carrot

• Wash and dry produce.
• Peel and mince garlic. Trim, peel, and
cut carrot into a small dice. Halve,
peel, and cut shallot into a small dice.
Remove and discard any large stems
from half the kale (all for 4 servings);
chop leaves into bite-size pieces. Drain
and rinse beans. Quarter lemon.

• Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pot over
medium-high heat. Add pork and
cook, breaking up meat into pieces,
until browned, 2-4 minutes (it’ll cook
through later). Season with half the
Tuscan Heat Spice (you’ll use the rest
in the next step), salt, and pepper.
• Add garlic and cook until lightly
browned, 1-2 minutes.
• Transfer pork mixture to a plate.

**Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
Swap in chicken (no need to break
up chicken into pieces!) or turkey
for pork.**

• Heat a drizzle of oil in same pot over
medium heat. Add carrot and shallot;
cook, stirring occasionally, until
softened, 8-10 minutes. (TIP: If veggies
begin to brown too quickly, reduce
heat to medium low.) Season with
remaining Tuscan Heat Spice and
a pinch of salt and pepper.

• Stir in chopped kale, stock
concentrates, 2½ cups water, and
½ tsp salt. (For 4 servings, use 5 cups
water and 1 tsp salt.)

• Cover pot, then increase heat to high
and bring to a boil. Once boiling,
uncover and stir in pork mixture
and beans.
• Reduce heat to medium low and
cover. Continue cooking until pork is
cooked through, 5 minutes more.

• Stir a big squeeze of lemon juice into
soup. Taste and season with salt
and pepper.

So get ready for the creamiest, most showstopping sauce celebration you have experienced yet.

W40 R01 Creamy Dijon Dill Chicken with Roasted Potatoes & Green Beans

Dijon Mustard

• Adjust racks to top and middle positions
and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash
and dry produce.
• Dice potatoes into 1⁄2-inch pieces. Pick
and finely chop fronds from dill.

• Toss potatoes on a baking sheet with a
drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt
and pepper.
• Roast on top rack, tossing halfway
through, until lightly browned and
tender, 20-25 minutes.

• While potatoes roast, pat chicken* dry
with paper towels; season all over with
salt and pepper.
• Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over
medium-high heat. Add chicken
and cook until browned and cooked
through, 3-5 minutes per side.
• Turn off heat; transfer to a cutting
board and set aside to rest.

• While chicken cooks, trim green beans
if necessary; toss on a second baking
sheet with a drizzle of oil and a pinch
of salt and pepper.
• Roast on middle rack until tender,
10-12 minutes.

• Meanwhile, in pan used for chicken,
combine stock concentrate and
1⁄4 cup water (1/3 cup for 4 servings);
bring to a simmer over medium-high
heat, 1-2 minutes.
• Reduce heat to low and whisk in sour
cream, half the chopped dill, and
mustard to taste. Turn off heat.
• Stir in 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4) and
any resting juices from chicken.
Season with salt and pepper.

• Slice chicken crosswise.
• Divide chicken, potatoes, and green
beans between plates. Drizzle sauce
over chicken. Garnish with as much
remaining chopped dill as you like
and serve.

***Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165º.***
