Package Frozen Puff Pastry Dough ((2 Sheets))

Can Hormel Chili ((with

Tsp. Red Wine Vinegar

Scallions

Cup Shredded Cheese ((Jack, Mozzarella & Cheddar bag mix))

Cup Sour Cream ((Optional))

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and take out your puff pastry dough.

Mix chili, vinegar, and scallions together in bowl and set aside. (Reserve 1-2 tbsp of scallions to garnish.)

Prepare your puff pastry dough by opening puff pastry sheets and cutting each sheet into 12 equal squares. (Tip* Working with cold dough is easier than room temperature!)

Place a tbsp of chili mixture onto the center of each square. Refreeze any extra dough for another time. You should get at least 18 bites (1 1/2 sheets.)

Bake for 12-14 minutes or until pastry dough is golden brown.&nbsp;

You can choose to add the cheese and stick it back in the oven to melt the cheese OR you can just add the cheese and serve right away!

Then add a dollop of sour cream to each followed by chopped scallions for a better presentation!

375 grams/13 ounces pack ready-rolled puff pastry

Whizz the chicken and garlic in a processor until the chicken is minced. Tip in the bacon, sundried tomatoes and basil. Pulse for 5 secs to just mix through. Season well.

Roll the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut in half lengthways. Spread half the chicken mixture along the middle of one of the pastry strips, then roll up the pastry, pinching the ends together to seal. Using a sharp knife, cut into 2.5cm long pieces. Repeat with the remaining pastry strip. Can be frozen, uncooked, for up to 1 month.

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Place the rolls on a large baking sheet. Brush with the egg, then sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 20 mins until golden.

Sheet Puff Pastry

Cup Oaxaca Cheese (Shredded)

¼ Cup Crushed Pistachios

Honey (or Regular Honey)

Remove 1 sheet of puff pastry and allow to thaw on the counter for about 40 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Shred Oaxaca cheese until you get about 1 cup packed.

Slice thawed puff pastry into 24 squares and place inside a mini muffin tin. If your muffin tin is not non-stick, then spray with cooking spray before hand.

Add a shredded cheese, top with crushed pistachios, and a squeeze of hot honey to each puff pastry bite. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until puff pastry is golden. Allow to cool for a few minutes, remove the bites, and place them on a plate for serving. You can drizzle extra honey on top if you like.

Make the garlic confit: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the garlic cloves in a 9-inch loaf pan, and pour the oil over the garlic. Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Bake for about 1½ hours, or until the garlic cloves are deep golden brown and tender. Remove from the oven, and let cool for 20–30 minutes, until the oil is cool enough to handle.

Remove the garlic confit cloves from the oil. Place the garlic confit cloves on a cutting board. Using a fork, press down, and break the garlic cloves apart until a thick paste forms, about 3 minutes. Place in a bowl, and set aside. (Pour the remaining confit oil into an airtight container, and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, store the garlic confit oil in the freezer for up to 7 months.)

Make the Brie bites: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

Dust a work surface with the flour. Unfold the puff pastry on the work surface. Gently roll out the puff pastry to form a 15x9-inch rectangle. Using a knife, slice it into 15 (3-inch) square pieces. Dollop ½ teaspoon pumpkin butter, ½ teaspoon mashed garlic confit, and ¼ teaspoon thyme onto the center of each dough square. Top each with 1 Brie round.

Fold over the corners of the pastry to enclose the Brie, pinching to seal.

Cut 15 (30-inch-long) pieces of kitchen twine. Wrap each puff pastry 4 times with 1 piece of twine. Knot the twine on the top of each pastry, and cut any loose ends (these will be the “pumpkin bites”).

Make the spiced egg wash: Whisk together the egg, paprika, and turmeric in a small bowl until evenly combined, about 1 minute. Using a pastry brush, brush the egg wash over the top and bottom of each pumpkin bite to lightly coat.

Stir together the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the pumpkin bites. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, and let cool for about 3 minutes, or until the pastry is cool enough to handle.

Cut the tops of the twine knots, and unwrap gently. Insert 1 pretzel stick and 1 sage leaf into each pumpkin bite. Serve immediately.

375 g Ready made Puff Pastry ((1 Pack))

tbsp Tomato Pasta Sauce

g Pepperoni

100 g Grated Cheddar Cheese

Egg (For Egg Wash)

Unroll the puff pastry sheet.

Spoon the pasta sauce on top and evenly spread a thin layer using the back of a spoon leaving a 1cm border.

Evenly line pepperoni slices on top of the sauce then sprinkle grated cheese on top. Do not cover the border area with toppings, keep this section clear.

Roll the puff pastry sheet tightly starting with the longest side. Seal by gently pressing the dough at the end.

Place in the fridge for 10 minutes, in the meantime preheat your oven to 200°C (gas mark 6, 400°F).

With a sharp knife, cut the pizza roll into 12 equal slices. They should be around 1.5cm each.

Place the pizza wheels onto a lined baking tray. Whisk an egg and brush the pastry with the beaten egg.

Place in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the cheese has melted.
