Maple Tahini Oatmeal For Your Best Morning

oats

water

Sprinkle of salt

tbsp tahini

maple syrup

deglet noor dates, pitted and chopped

banana*

Add oats, water and a pinch of salt to a small pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a low simmer.

Stir in tahini, maple syrup, chopped dates, sliced banana and any seeds you’re adding.

Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes until the oatmeal is creamy, the excess liquid is absorbed, and your desired consistency has been reached.

Top with any remaining banana, toasted sesame seeds, and any additional toppings you love.
