These Vegan chia jars are a perfect, nutritional breakfast with a simple raspberry smoothie layered on top of my classic chia pudding

Raspberry Smoothie Layered Chia Pudding Jars

almond milk (or any milk of choice)

Tbsp chia seeds

Tbsp maple syrup (or your favourite natural sweetener)

tsp vanilla extract

banana (frozen)

raspberries (frozen)

almond milk (or any liquid of choice)

Puffed quinoa with seeds and freeze dried raspberry powder

Raspberry smoothie layered Chia pudding jars

Combine the chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract/ powder and sweetener together. Mix thoroughly to avoid the seeds clumping (as this can cause them to sink in the liquid). *

Leave the chia pudding covered in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight, to thicken. This is also the time to pop your banana and raspberries in the freezer.

When you're ready to serve, then you can prepare the raspberry smoothie. Do this by blending all the smoothie ingredients, till smooth.  Using frozen bananas and raspberries will yield a thick, creamy smoothie. If you want something lighter, then you can use room-temp banana instead. 

Layer the raspberry smoothie ** over the chia pudding and add toppings. You could use fresh or frozen fruit as well as sprinkles (coconut flakes, etc.). You could also add some homemade peanut butter or almond butter for a PBJ style dish. Alternatively, you could also add some cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips.

Energize your day a vibrant and delicious apple smoothie recipe! Each creamy sip is packed with nutrient and fiber-rich whole fruits.

Apple Smoothie with Raspberries

apple (sliced, 1 large apple)

ice cubes

Add all ingredients in a blender.

Blend for about 90 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.

Add more coconut water or ice cubes as needed to achieve a thicker consistency.

A creamy raspberry banana smoothie with crunchy, chocolaty cacao nib “chips.” Super snack-able, plant-based, and ready in 5 minutes with 6 ingredients and a blender!

Creamy Raspberry Chip Smoothie (5 Minutes!)

dairy-free milk ((plain, unsweetened // we used almond))

banana

Tbsp dairy-free yogurt

cashew butter

Tbsp cacao nibs chocolate chips))

medjool dates, pitted ((for added sweetness))

In a high-speed blender, combine dairy-free milk, frozen raspberries, frozen bananas, yogurt, and cashew butter. Blend on high until smooth. Taste and adjust, adding pitted dates for more sweetness or protein powder for a more filling smoothie.

Add cacao nibs and pulse/blend very briefly to mix them in — about 3 seconds. Option to garnish with more yogurt, cacao nibs, fresh raspberries, or granola for texture!

Best when fresh. Keeps for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator, but it will get thinner in texture. You could also freeze into an ice cube tray and re-blend later (adding more dairy-free milk as needed to encourage blending), or freeze into popsicles!

i like it better with ice cream so do the kids,, real cream French vanilla is best, as many call for vanilla, and frech has lots, no ice needed
just use ras or Strawberrys Frozen for thickness,, then add 3 fingers of milk in a glass, 2 scoops of ice cream and a banana,,  if use magic bullet that does not recommend ice,, just nuke say 5 strawberries for 15 seconds in a mug to soften just a but,
