Easy no bake 6 ingredient White Chocolate Rocky Road.

White Chocolate Rocky Road

(3 cups)

(2 and 1/4 cups) large pink and white marshmallows

(1/2 cup) pistachios, plus extra for decorating

(1/2 cup) dried cranberries, plus extra for decorating

(1/2 cup) shredded coconut

(1/4 cup) chewy red lollies*, roughly cut

Grease and line an 8 inch square baking tin with baking or parchment paper.

Place white chocolate in a large heatproof bowl. Melt in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth.

Add marshmallows, pistachios, cranberries, coconut and red lollies and stir until all the mix-ins are covered with chocolate.

Pour the rocky road into the prepared tin and spread out into one even layer. Press extra pistachios and cranberries on top while the chocolate is still wet.

Refrigerate for at least one hour or until set. Cut into small squares and serve.

Great for a bake sale, a gift, or simply an afternoon treat to enjoy with a cuppa, this rocky road is quick to make and uses mainly storecupboard ingredients.

Grease and line an 18cm square brownie tin with baking paper.

Place 200g digestive biscuits in a freezer bag and bash with a rolling pin or just the side of your fist until they're broken into a mixture of everything between dust and 50p-sized lumps. Set aside.

In a large saucepan melt 135g butter or margarine, 200g dark chocolate and 2-3 tbsp golden syrup over a gentle heat stirring constantly until there are no or almost no more lumps of chocolate visible, then remove from the heat. Leave to cool.

Take the biscuits, 100g mini marshmallows and up to 100g of additional ingredients (dried fruit, nuts, popcorn, honeycomb), if you like, and stir into the chocolate mixture until everything is completely covered.

Tip the mixture into the lined baking tin, and spread it out to the corners. Chill for at least 2 hrs then dust with icing sugar and cut into 12 fingers.

Line a loaf tin, roughly 10x20cm / 4x8 inch, with baking paper.

Cut the jellies and marshmallows in half. Roughly cut the cookies to a small bite size. Set aside.

Finely chop the milk chocolate and dark chocolate then combine in a large bowl.

Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well and repeat another 2-3 times - stirring really well between each until it's just melted. Don't overheat.

Add the raspberries, marshmallows, peanuts and cookie pieces to the chocolate and mix well.

Tip into the prepared tin and nudge it into the corners.

Place in the fridge to set for about 2 hours to set firm again. Cut into slices and serve or wrap to give away.

(3 cups) good quality dark chocolate (45% cocoa), roughly chopped

(1/2 cup) roasted peanuts, salted

(1 cup) mini marshmallows

(2 cups) mini Easter eggs, unwrapped

Grease and line an 8-inch square pan with baking or parchment paper. 

Place chocolate in a large, heatproof bowl, Melt chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth and creamy.

Add peanuts, marshmallows and two thirds of the mini Easter eggs to chocolate and stir until everything is coated in chocolate.

Too much chocolate and not enough add-ins is not good! So here&#39;s my Rocky Road recipe. Super easy. :)Use chips or melts for an easy option. Upgrade to Lindt for premium. Excellent food gift. Rocky Road

/ 8 oz dark chocolate melts

/ 8 oz milk chocolate

tbsp coconut oil

(250 grams) marshmallows, pink

(105 grams) raspberry lollies (, halved)

(30 grams) desiccated coconut ((or flakes), unsweetened)

Line a 20cm/8&quot; square pan with baking paper (parchment paper).

Melt chocolate - Place chocolate and oil in a bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

Add-ins - Stir the Add-ins into the chocolate. Pour into pan, spreading out evenly.

Refrigerate for 3 hours or until fully cool.

Cut - Remove from the fridge 30 minutes prior to cutting. I cut into 5 lines, then into hunks for eating or larger pieces for gifting!

Easy White Chocolate Rocky Road (Only 3 Ingredients!)

400 g white chocolate ((I use Milky Bar))

g digestive biscuits

g mini marshmallows (ideally a mix of pink and white)

Line a 23 x 23cm (9 x 9 inch) tin with baking paper

Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of just-boiled water. Do not allow any water to touch the chocolate! (See Note 1.)

Remove the bowl from the saucepan when the chocolate is fully melted.

Place the biscuits in a plastic sandwich bag (or similar). Bash into small chunks using a rolling pin and add to the melted chocolate. (You may need to transfer everything to a bigger bowl.)

Add the mini marshmallows to the bowl and stir everything together thoroughly.

Transfer the mixture to the lined tin. Spread the mixture out and then press down using the back of a large spoon or similar (I actually use a potato masher to press the mixture flat, which works really well!)

Chill for 1 hour in the fridge, then remove and cut into 16 squares with a sharp knife.

This easy peasy Christmas Rocky Road is packed full of delicious Christmas flavours and looks gorgeous, but is super quick and simple to make! With only 15 minutes hands on time, this is the perfect recipe for when you need a delicious and attractive Christmas treat in a hurry. (It also makes a fantastic edible Christmas present!)

Return to the fridge for a further 30 minutes, then remove and cut into 16 squares.

Crunchy vegan White Chocolate Biscoff Rocky Road Recipe - created with dairy-free vegan white chocolate, vegan-friendly marshmallows and Lotus Biscoff spread plus Lotus Biscoff biscuits for the perfect crunch!

Biscoff Rocky Road

oz Smooth Lotus Biscoff spread (130 g)

oz dairy-free butter (28 g)

oz white chocolate (180 g) (melted)

2.5 oz Lotus Biscoff biscuits (75 g)

Start by lining a 20 x 10 cm square pan (8 x 4 inches) with parchment paper.

In a double boiler melt your white vegan chocolate. Once melted add in the dairy-free butter and Lotus Biscoff spread. Stir to combine and allow for everything to melt together.

Cut your marshmallows into small chunks and place them into a large mixing bowl alongside your Lotus Biscoff biscuits. You can break up the biscuits into smaller pieces or leave them whole, this is down to your preference. Pour the melted chocolate mixture on top and mix everything together with a spatula.

Transfer your rocky road mix into the square pan, using a spatula to press it into the corners. A few additional marshmallow pieces on top and transfer the mix to the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours.

Crunchy and chocolate-y - this vegan rocky road recipe is simply the perfect treat if you like chocolate and marshmallows with a wonderful added crunch! Made with vegan chocolate, peanut butter, and crunchy additions!

Vegan Rocky Road Recipe

70 g mini pretzels

g vegan-friendly rice krispies cereal

Start by lining a 20 cm x 20 cm square pan (8-inch x 8-inch) with parchment paper.
