Turn a classic wine punch into a fun party shot with this easy Sangria Jello Shots recipe! These cocktails are great for all your get togethers&nbsp;and are made ahead of time for easy entertaining!

Sangria Jello Shots

gelatin ((2 packets))

red wine (red blend, cabernet, zinfandel) (divided)

cherry juice

cranberry juice

granny smith apple (cored and finely diced)

oranges

raspberries (halved)

Add gelatin to a spouted mixing bowl or 4-cup liquid measuring cup. Pour 1/4 cup of red wine over the gelatin and allow to sit for 5 minutes until the gelatin is absorbed into the wine.

Heat 1 cup wine over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Whisk the hot wine into the gelatin mixture until the gelatin is dissolved. 

Whisk in the remaining 3/4 cup of wine and both juices until combined. Set aside.

Lay out your plastic cups on a baking tray without the lids (for easy transportation). Distribute the diced apples evenly among the cups. Add 3 pieces of orange and 1/2 or a raspberry to each cup.

Pour the wine mixture into each cup filling just under the lip so there&#x27;s room to put the lid on later.

Refrigerate the shots for 2-3 hours or until set. 

Remove shots from the fridge. Place a raspberry half on top of each shot, cut side down. Serve immediately or cover each cup with a lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Sangria Jello Shots are quick and easy to make in only 5 minutes using 3 ingredients plus water. Fruity, sweet, with the classic combination of wine and brandy, these shots are delcious!

Water

Red Wine

Blackberry Brandy

Blackberries ((optional))

Fresh Raspberries ((optional))

Strawberries ((optional))

Blueberries ((optional))

Add the boiling water and jello to a medium mixing bowl and stir until dissolved.

Add the wine and brandy. Stir again.

Using an injector or pourable cup, fill each shot glass about ¾ of the way full.

Chill for about 3 hours or until set up.

If you want to garnish your jello shots, slice the strawberries into chunks. Top each shot with whipped cream, and one of each fruit. You can also skip the whipped cream and simply top the shot with just the fruit. Enjoy!

Fruity red wine sangria jello shots will be a huge hit at your next gathering! They take just 15 minutes to throw together and are full of fresh fruit and citrus flavor.  

cranberry-raspberry juice

unflavored gelatine (3 tablespoons)

triple sec

¼ cups sweet red sparkling wine or red wine

raspberries

apples

lemon juice

In a 4-cup measuring cup, heat 1 cup of cran-raspberry juice until hot.

Sprinkle the packets of gelatin over the hot juice and stir in. Leave to set for 5 minutes. Then whisk the gelatin into the juice until fully dissolved.

Add triple sec and ½ cup of reserved juice/syrup from the can of mandarin oranges.

Add wine to the 4-cup mark and stir all ingredients to combine. If there is foam on top of the liquid, skim it off with a spoon. Set aside (do not chill).

Lay out jello shot cups on a sheet pan.  Place 2-3 pieces of mandarin orange and raspberry in each cup.

Peel and core apple and dice into bite-sized pieces. Toss apple with lemon juice and distribute among the cups.

Use a spouted cup to add the wine/gelatin mixture to each cup.

Place jello cups in the refrigerator for 2+ hours to firm up.
