I previously tried a recipe for Campfire Sauce and it only tasted like BBQ sauce. This was just like the original! Family couldn't stop finding things to dip!

It is better if you replace the chili powder with "Larry's" the seasoning!

This easy Shrimp Dipping Sauce recipe is a quick, flavorful condiment for all your favorite shrimp, fish and seafood. A riff on Louisiana-style remoulade, the sauce is creamy and perfectly spiced, and features a squeeze of fresh, bright lemon juice!

Shrimp Dipping Sauce

ketchup

mustard

lemon juice

Tabasco hot sauce (or

½ teaspoon sweet paprika

Morton kosher salt

black pepper

In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until well combined.

Serve with blackened shrimp, grilled shrimp, margarita grilled shrimp, or air fryer shrimp - ENJOY!

Oh my goodness, this is so delicious! My husband loves cocktail sauce, but that is not my favorite. Due to some gut issues I cant tolerate tabasco or hot sauce anymore. I made this without the hot sauce. It is like the best remoulade ever. Im really thinking this would be good on sandwiches, fish, fries, etc. I would rate this a 20 if I could. Thanks for a keeper recipe.

Grilled Salt &amp; Chili Shrimp (Tôm Nướng Muối Ớt)

35 large shell-on-tail-on prawns/shrimp

skewers

annatto oil

sesame oil

lemongrass

garlic

shallot

oyster sauce

sugar

chili peppers

MSG (optional)

Salt and lime dipping sauce

Skewer the shrimp

Insert the skewer, starting at the tail then through the head.

Mix ingredients and marinate

Combine annatto oil, sesame oil, lemongrass, garlic, shallot, oyster sauce, sugar, chili peppers (optional) and MSG (optional) in a small bowl. Mix until combined. Brush marinade on shrimp skewers and set them aside to marinate for at least one hour or overnight in the fridge for better results.

Grill

Over high heat, grill shrimp for about one minute per side or until lightly charred. Place on a serving platter and serve with optional dipping sauce.
