This super easy avocado smoothie recipe will give you an almost sinful dessert with the richness of and extra texture formed by frozen Haas avocado slices.

Avocado Smoothie Recipe (Sinh Tố Bơ)

⅓ c milk ((add more if you want to thin smoothie))

¼ c condensed milk ((add more if you want a sweeter smoothie))

To make the frozen avocado slices, cut ripe avocados in medium sized slices. Line a sheet pan with wax paper and place the avocado slices individually on the pan. Place this sheet in the freezer for one hour. When they have frozen, you can use them for the smoothie or put them in a freezer safe container.

To make the smoothie, add all the ingredients into a strong blender. Consistency should be super thick with small chunks of the frozen avocados.

This ratio is not too sweet, but you can adjust the amount of condensed milk for a sweeter taste. To make this a smoother consistency, you can add more milk too.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and eat with a straw or spoon (it’s that thick!).

A rich and creamy drink, best suited for dessert. Small portions are recommended.

Add the ice cubes, avocado, milk and some of the condensed milk to the blender.

Cover and blend on high until the mixture is smooth.

Check the consistency. If it's too thick, add more milk to achieve desired consistency.

Cover and blend on high again. Check for sweetness and add more condensed milk, if desired.&nbsp;

Stir before pouring into small glasses or dessert dishes.

Enjoy cold or room temperature. Store covered in the fridge for up to 12 hours (discoloration may occur).

Sinh To Bo (4-Ingredient Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie)

avocados

milk

ice (~10 ice cubes)

tbsp durian flesh (optional but recommended, see note 4)

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.

Add the milk, condensed milk and ice into the blender along with the avocado.

Blitz the contents on high until it has reached your desired consistency, then serve in a cup as is!

This was amazingly creamy and delicious even with condensed milk swapped out for maple syrup (didn't have any condensed milk on hand) and 2% milk.

I got introduced to this at our local Vietnamese restaurant. The condensed milk is the secret. So good! Drinking one I made right now!

I only used 1 avocado &amp; about 4 teaspoons of condensed milk. So creamy &amp; delicious!!
