Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon has crazy tender melt in your mouth beef and hearty veggies slow cooked to perfection in a rich sauce. This meal is comforting and perfect for the cold months ahead!

Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon

bacon (finely chopped)

beef

red cooking wine

chicken broth

tomato sauce

soy sauce

flour

garlic (finely chopped)

Tablespoons thyme (finely chopped)

Carrots (sliced)

baby potatoes (I used tri color)

mushrooms (sliced)

parsley

In a large skillet cook bacon over medium high heat until crisp. Put bacon in slow cooker. Salt and pepper the beef and add to the skillet and sear on each side for 2-3 minutes. Transfer beef to the slow cooker.

Add the red wine to the skillet scraping down the brown bits on the side. Allow it to simmer and reduce and slowly add chicken broth, and tomato sauce, and soy sauce. Slowly whisk in the flour. Add the sauce to the slow cooker.

Add garlic, thyme, carrots, potatoes, and mushrooms to the slow cooker. Give it a good stir and cook on low until beef is tender for 8-10 hours or high for 6-Garnish with fresh parley and serve with mashed potatoes if desired.

Easy Air Fryer Steak Bites

Sirloin Steak Bites

Steak seasoning or salt and pepper

Olive oil

Start by preheating your air fryer to 390° or 400°.

Place the steak bites in a bowl and add about a tablespoon of steak seasoning or season with salt and pepper.

Pour in a tablespoon of olive oil and toss to coat all of the steak bites.

Place the steak bites in a single layer in your air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.

Turn the steak bites over and cook for an additional 4 minutes for medium steak. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes for medium well and a couple minutes less for medium rare.

Remove from the air fryer and allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes so the meat will retain its juices.

Enjoy in a salad or with your favorite veggies for lunch or dinner!

Try them tossed in Sesame Seeds either before or after frying for an added nutty tang.  They are particularly tasty done like this with a salad.  I too am a confirmed Air Fryer devotee - and I have 2 as well - a 10L and a 4L and they get used daily by and for my family.

Slow Cooker Beef Tips

olive oil

stew meat

salt and pepper

beef broth

onion soup mix

Worcestershire sauce

onion

garlic

water

cornstarch

In a large skillet over medium high heat add the olive oil.  Salt and pepper the stew meat and add in batches to sear on both sides until brown, but do not cook throughtout.  Add the stew meat to the slow cooker.

Add the beef broth, dry onion soup mix, onions, mushroom, and garlic.  Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high 3-4 hours.

30 minutes before it is done cooking, mix together in a small bowl the water and cornstarch.  Stir it into the slow cooker and allow it to thicken.

Serve over pasta or mashed potatoes.

Cooking times will vary depending on the size you cut the steak bites, how you like your steak cooked, and how hot your skillet is.
For the types of steak, use your favorite. Depending on the budget, we prefer ribeye, sirloin, tri-tip, and chuck shoulder steaks (aka London Broil steaks)

Garlic Butter Steak Bites

garlic (, minced or crushed)

Worcestershire sauce (, optional)

black pepper (,

Italian parsley (, garnish)

chili flakes (, for finishing, optional)

Pat dry the steak cubes.

Melt the 2 Tablespoons of butter a large skillet over high heat. Add the steak cubes and sear all sides on high heat until a crust forms around the steak cubes, usually about 3-5 minutes depending on size of the steak &amp; how hot the skillet is.

Add the garlic, optional Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Continue to cook steak bites to your preferred doneness, usually another minute or two. Add some chopped parsley, optional chili flakes, and more salt and/or pepper if desired. Optional - finish with a tablespoon or so more of butter melted on top of the steak bites. Serve hot.

Skillet Garlic Butter Steak Bites - So Easy & Delicious!

Steak Tips - delicious steak bites smothered in a savory spicy garlic butter sauce all made in one skillet in under 15 minutes. Quick, easy, mouthwatering skillet steak dish that will become everyone&#x27;s most requested dinner!

Steak Tips

Salt

(8 grams-12 grams) Creole seasoning

(28 milliliters-42 milliliters) butter

(10 grams) minced garlic

(8.5 grams) Worcestershire Sauce (replace with extra soy sauce)

(15 milliliters) soy sauce (adjust

(57.5 grams) sliced onions ((optional))

Lightly salt steak. Season with Creole seasoning and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Heat oil in a large cast-iron (I used a 12-inch ) or skillet over high heat.

Place the steak in the pan in a single layer; you may have to work in batches depending on the size of your pan. You don’t want to crowd the pan. Crowding the pan prevents the steak from browning nicely.

Cook for about  2-3- minutes, on one side until golden brown, then turn and cook about 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat with remaining meat if needed.

Make space in the pan, add butter, garlic, saute for about 30 seconds then add,  Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and onions to the pan; cook for 2-3minutes, stirring to coat the meat in the sauce.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve over mashed potatoes, rice or steamed veggies.

Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. 

Stir in the butter and garlic and cook for 20 seconds. Check for seasoning, garnish with parsley, if desired, and enjoy!

This was fantastic. Certainly a window open affair for me, but manageable. I turned off the burner about three-quarters of the way finished to cool the pan some for the butter and garlic.

This recipe is delicious! I’m not sure how it tastes after storing in the refrigerator because we never have any leftovers!!

I can't remember if I already posted a comment but I'm preparing to make these again tonight and they are SO GOOD I have to make sure I leave a comment.  We are steak lovers but with the price of a good rib eye going up and the quality (it seems to us) going down, I thought I'd give these steak tips a try.   BEST EVER!  These cook up tender and so tasty.  Made exactly the same with the only change being that I used Saltverk Arctic Thyme Salt instead of "regular" salt.  These are a must try!  And if sirloin is on sale even better!

My family absolutely adores this recipe! My son is not a real meat eater, but this is something that he devours.
