I've made this twice now. First with 1 inch thick chops and last night with much thinner chops. both times it was FANTABULOUS. It is PERFECT. I usually just make pork for the rest of my family because I don't usually like pork  but both times I have made it I ate a whole one and wanted more. THANK YOU THANK YOU!

This was an excellent recipe for boneless pork chops. I've been challenged by cooking tasty moist pork chops for years. After being gifted Omaha boneless pork chops, I did not want to ruin them. I added the sliced onions and apples to the sauce. They cooked up moist and flavorful. I was thankful for the suggestion to check them after 5 minutes because the size of my chops was smaller than the recipe called for. I'll check after 4 minutes next time - even  though they cooked a few degrees higher than what I was aiming for they were still tender and delicious.This recipe is a keeper!

Great recipe! I've used bone in chops but really like the thick boneless.  I have a picky 7 yr old that loves these precut as medallions. Th 12 year old likes these also as long as I've trimmed the fat before cooking. We have this 3 times a month.

I'm not a fan of pork chops, but I am working my way through the freezer.  This has got to be the best way to cook a pork chop.  It was delicious and so flavorful.  I used brown sugar in my sauce, but that chop was so juicy!  This recipe will now be my go-to for any time I cook a pork chop.  Thank you!

Made this last night... first recipe ever from your site, but SO looking forward to trying more! These pork chops were PERFECT! I didn't make your sauce, but rather a sage-forward applesauce, and chops generously rubbed with a seasoning mix I fashioned myself ( plus the flour as you'd suggested ). Followed your handling and cooking instructions to the T and can honestly say I've never had better. And I used boneless chops, from Whole Foods! Amazing...and guest worthy...thank you!! These are the absolute best juicy pork chops. I made them for dinner my husband couldn't get he enough. Said they were the best hes ever ate. The sauce should be bottled its so good. I used brown sugar instead of honey.

I make a good chop but they don't always come out moist. So l search for a recipe and l found this one and thought interesting. I love apple cider vinegar, but wasn't sure, but tried it anyway. Best chop to date. I set it out, salt, seasoning, a bit of flour. Put it in cooked, covered and set while l made sauce with honey. Am so enjoying this. Will do it this way from now on.

Some reason the glaze or whatever came out tasting metallic to me. What happened?

Tried this pork chop recipe for lunch today. Not bad In fact, pretty good! Definitely a good way to cook those ultra-lean  hockey pucks  from Aldi. Next time I make this I'll reduce the amount of chicken stock by half. That's a lot of liquid to try to reduce in 5 minutes or more. These pork chops were served with corn-on-the-cob, french green beans, tomato slices, and tater tots. Very good. There's one pork chop left. Going to take it to my father in the form of a sandwich.

Absolutely delicious! This is my new go-to way to make pork chops. Juicy, flavorful, and the pan sauce was phenomenal. These chops will pretty much go with any side dish.  I made this with a side of Mexican corn and there was nothing left for lunch the next day :-(

These pork chops came out so juicy and tasty, and they were so quick to make. I doubled the spice mix and the pan sauce ingredients because I had six chops rather than four, and once the sauce reduced it was just the right amount. My teenagers raved about it... so this is a keeper to be used often. I'm sure this would be so easy to tweek with your own spice mixes as well.

Absolutely wonderful recipe! So easy to follow and the results are identical to the video.  I had mashed potatoes as a side so I decided to add cornstarch to thicken the sauce and use it as a gravy.  It was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much!!!

Made this for friends and it was a huge hit! Highly recommend making extra pan sauce and the method with onions, apples and rosemary.

I made this tonight for my Dad and my husband. I adapted the spice mix to what we had in the cupboard which was paprika (1 tbsp), cayenne (2 tsp), chilli powder (1/2 tbsp), salt and pepper. I didn't have any ACV and had to use white vinegar instead. Only sharing these changes to show you that the recipe can be easily adapted to suit your needs and still works really well.

This recipe is a KEEPER. Really delicious...and the chops were flavourful and juicy! FYI: I followed the recipe to a  T  in a cast iron pan (perfect for this recipe) and everything came out looking as good as the photo, and tasting even better. I used boneless chops, and they stayed very tender. The pan sauce was sweet and savoury... This recipe is going to become a staple.

These pork chops were the best I've ever made! Tasted like they were from a restaurant!! I really don't think I'll make the sauce again--BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T NEED SAUCE!!! Very tender and moist! I did add a little water to my skillet after I flipped them, but it almost cooked out. This is now my go-to recipe for pork chops. And I like that I can change it up with different rubs/seasonings.
