These super easy Pepperoni Crescent Rolls take just minutes to prepare using prepared refrigerated crescent roll dough.  They are kid friendly and approved.

Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissants

Pillsbury crescent rolls

mozzarella cheese

pepperoni

garlic powder

oregano

basil

Marinara (optional)

Combine garlic powder,oregano and basil in small bowl.

Remove crescent rolls from package. Starting with the wide end place mozzarella stick on the end, place pepperonis along the surface of the crescent roll. Starting with the widest end roll into the most narrow end. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning and brush with beaten egg.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with marinara.

Made 2 cans worth of these today for the twenty something men. They devoured them. Easy to make and taste delicious!

I used more pepperoni than the recipe called for, about 1 1/2 packages. I had to cook it longer, about 23 minutes.

Could you use Italian sausage in place of pepperoni? I would image I would need to precook it and slice it perhaps a tad thicker than the pepperoni. Not a huge fan of pepperoni, but these do look amazing.

I just made these and baked at 375 degrees. Isn't the timer for about 12-13 min and was going to check early. When there was still about 3 min left of that time, I started smelling burning. They were almost burnt on the bottom but perfect on top. They were baked on light cookie sheet and in middle of oven. Not sure what happened? They were still really good but would have been really delicious if not burnt. What happened?

These generously cinnamon spiced crescent rolls are filled with tart Granny Smith apples and drizzled with a tangy sweet cream cheese icing. Ready in under 30 minutes, they&#039;re the perfect cozy treat for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

Apple Cinnamon Crescent Rolls with Icing

Granny Smith Apple (peeled, cored, small dice, about 1.5-2 cups)

Flour (for cutting board)

tbsp Melted Butter (plus more for muffin tins)

tsp Ground Cinnamon

tbsp Brown Sugar (Light or dark is fine)

tubes Crescent Dough Sheet

oz Cream Cheese

Powdered Sugar

tsp Vanilla Extract

Tbsp Milk

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180℃).

In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp Melted Butter, 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon, 3 tbsp Brown Sugar.

Roll out 1 sheet of the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured cutting board. Seal seam edges so you have one flat sheet. Evenly brush with 1/2 of the cinnamon mixture. Sprinkle the 1 Granny Smith Apple (peeled and small diced) evenly across the dough.

Place the second rolled out dough sheet on top of the filling. Slice the dough lengthwise into 8 long strips. Brush any remaining cinnamon butter across the dough.  Roll each strip like a cinnamon roll and place in a greased or sprayed muffin pan.

Bake 22-26 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small bowl, cut the cream cheese into 4-6 chunks. Microwave for about 15 seconds and stir. Microwave again for 10 seconds if not smooth. Stir in the 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar and 1 tsp Vanilla Extract with a fork. If the icing appears too thick, add a bit of milk at a time and stir until satisfied. It will thicken as it cools over time so use immediately. Drizzle the glaze over top of the warm rolls with a spoon.
