Breakfast Croissant Boats (with Video)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.

Cut the top of each croissant with a knife.

In a medium bowl, mix cheese, bacon, and green onion.

In another medium bowl, beat eggs with milk. Combine with the bacon mixture.

Spoon the egg-bacon mixture into the prepared croissant boats. Place them on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 25 mins, or until golden brown and egg mixture is set. Serve and enjoy!

Omelet Breakfast Croissant Boats

These blueberry croissants are only 3 ingredients and are the perfect sweet treat for breakfast or a snack!

Mini Blueberry Croissants

puff pastry dough

blueberries

tbsps cream cheese

egg egg wash)

Unfold the pastry sheet onto a floured surface. Use a rolling pin to roll the sheet into a square (about 15 inches in length).

Cut the pastry square into 8 equal rectangles and then cut each rectangle diagonally into two triangles (making 16 triangles).

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese and 2-3 smashed blueberries in the center of each triangle.

Starting at the wider end, roll each triangle up and press down the edges to seal.

Bend the edges slightly to create a crescent moon shape.

Whisk the egg with 1 tablespoon of water and lightly brush the tops of each croissant.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

These croissants are filled with brie, a quick homemade blackberry jam and crispy bacon. Stuffed croissants don&#039;t come more delicious than this!

Brie, Blackberry and Bacon Filled Croissants

All Butter Croissants

Bacon,

tbsp Granulated Sugar

Lemon, juice only (2 tbsp)

Salt,

In a medium sized pot or pan over low-medium heat, add 2 heaping cups of blackberries, 4 tbsp sugar, the juice of 1 lemon and a pinch of salt (to taste). With a potato masher gently burst all the berries until a thin sauce forms.

Crank up the heat to medium-high and allow the sauce to bubble and reduce until thickened, stirring frequently. The sauce will thicken, just keep bubbling and stirring. It will continue thickening once it cools.

With a bread knife, carefully slice through the centre of your croissants, leaving a bit at the end to keep everything intact. Spread jam, top with brie wedges, then finish with bacon. Fold top over and space out on a baking tray.

Pop in the oven at 180C/356F for 5mins, or until the brie is melted and begins pouring out. Enjoy!

I couldn't get blackberry jam so uses raspberry.....it was epic!!

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review on this fantastic sandwich now that I’ve made it half a dozen times! It’s one of my favorite recipes of yours. I do take a shortcut and use a jalapeño blackberry jam which saves a little time and effort.  So freakin’ good!

Bring on the bacon! Talk about the ultimate comfort food; this looks too good to pass up!
