This keto maple syrup is perfectly sweet, with a rich maple finish, and a legit syrupy texture. In fact, it has such a true flavor that you won't believe it is a sugar free maple syrup with 0 CARBS! And it is so simple to make and tastes incredible on so many recipes.

Keto Maple Syrup | The Best Sugar Free Maple Syrup 

(170 grams) brown swerve

(50 grams) confectioners swerve

(600 mL) water

tbsps. (26 grams) maple extract

(5 grams) butter extract

vanilla extract

(2 grams) cinnamon

salt

(2 grams) xanthan gum

Add brown swerve, confectioners swerve, and water to a medium-sized pot. Mix ingredients with a spoon and put on a burner over medium heat.

Bring mixture to a boil and stir ingredients occasionally while bringing to a boil. 

Once it boils, turn the heat down to low. Add in maple syrup extract, butter extract, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Whisk ingredients together until they combine. Then add xanthan gum to the pot and turn the burner up a couple of notches.

Continuously whisk everything together for a couple of minutes. 

Take the pot off the heat and set aside to cool to room temperature (about 30 minutes). 

Once cooled, use a funnel to pour into empty maple syrup jars. 

Put in the fridge to continue cooling. (If syrup crystalizes while cooling, add some maple syrup to a bowl before you use it and microwave for about a minute).

This easy sugar free syrup tastes like the real thing. Using a sugar-reduced syrup will save on calories without sacrificing the taste. Keep it in the refrigerator next to your maple syrup for a variety of sweeteners at breakfast time.

Sugar Free Syrup

water

tsp xanthan gum

monk fruit

sea salt

tbsp maple extract

tsp vanilla extract

In a small bowl, combine xanthan gum with ¼ cup of the water. Allow it to sit so it can thicken.

In a small saucepan over low heat, bring the rest of the water, sweetener, and salt to a simmer. When it begins to simmer, remove from the heat.

Incorporate the xanthan gum into the heated mixture and whisk together. Add the maple extract and the vanilla extract. Whisking continuously.

The syrup will thicken as it cools.

Place the xylitol, vanilla essence and xanthan gum into a small saucepan and whisk. Add the water.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken.

Prepare all your ingredients to make those perfect keto Cream Cheese Pancakes. Make sure your cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature.

Using your hand blender for easier maneuver, whisk eggs with sweetener until fluffy light consistency. It will help at the end for your pancakes to be extra fluffy.

Once whisk your eggs and sweetener properly, add all other ingredients needed.

Whisk once again using your hand Blender until your batter is thoroughly combined.

Cook

Heat your non-stick pan and add a bit of extra virgin olive oil. With a tablespoon, drop two tablespoons of the batter into the middle of the pan.
