A super creamy, good-for-you smoothie made with pineapple, coconut and avocado! This recipe yields 1 smoothie; multiply as necessary.

Piña-vocado Smoothie

orange juice

pineapple

avocado

banana

lime, juiced

coconut milk, if you have it

sea salt

Optional garnishes: 1 lime wedge and shredded unsweetened coconut

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly. If you want to make it look cute like the pictures, garnish with a lime wedge and a sprinkle of shredded unsweetened coconut.

I just tried this for the first time and all I can say is yum! The avocado makes it so creamy but you barely taste it, the banana and pineapple are the perfect combination for this tasty summer treat!

Chiming in late, but I found this recipe and we have had it twice now. It's delicious and creamy and the fruits cover the taste of the avocado so I can trick my picky eater! Love it!

Pink Pineapple Smoothie

pineapple, frozen

soft

lemon juice

tsp celery seeds ((found

pineapple smoothie (this recipe)

raspberries, frozen

turmeric powder

Blend

Blend all pineapple smoothie ingredients until frosty smooth.

To make pineapple smoothie

Freeze

Freeze in paper cups or a mold with popsicle sticks for a frozen treat.

To make popsicles

Blend and divide

Blend ingredients, and then remove all but one cup of the mixture from the blender and add in the strawberries. Blend until combined and pink. For yellow, remove a half cup of original smoothie, and stir in a pinch of turmeric powder.

Layer in cups

Serve the smoothie colors by layering one on the other. I layered mine with some fresh coconut yogurt for a tropical feel.

ice cubes

banana slices (about 1 medium banana)

plain greek yogurt

pineapple juice

coconut milk

Add ice cubes, pineapple, banana slices, yogurt, pineapple juice, and coconut milk to a blender.

Cover and process on medium speed for about 30 seconds, using the tamper as needed. Increase to high speed for 15 to 30 seconds until thick and smooth.

Adjust the smoothie with more coconut milk or pineapple juice if needed to reach the desired consistency.

Mango pineapple tropical smoothie bowl is the perfect summer bowl. It is packed with pineapples and mangos and topped with more fruit, granola, and coconut.

cup pineapple, frozen

mango, frozen

cup almond milk

cup granola

mango pineapple

banana, sliced

coconut, shredded

chia seeds

Combine pineapple, mango, banana and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Note that the mixture will be very thick.

Pour into two shallow bowls and arrange the toppings on top. Serve immediately.

Dragon Fruit Smoothie

pink dragon fruit, frozen

mango cubes, frozen

banana, frozen

juice of 1/2 lime

tbsp chia seeds

tbsp hemp seeds

tbsp ground flax seeds

protein powder

almond butter

tbsp honey

plain yogurt (dairy-free if needed)

Let the frozen fruit thaw on the counter for 5 minutes to let it soften slightly.

Add the coconut milk, lime juice, dragon fruit, mango and banana to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Added some protein powder to mine, was so good!!

Mango Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Clean the fresh fruits, wash and slice them.

Add fruits to the blender. Add ice only if all fruits are fresh. Then add milk.

Blend until you achieve desired consistency. Different blenders take different preparation time so check halfway through and then blend a little bit longer.

Pour into your favorite cup, garnish with mint leaves. Go outdoors and enjoy it:)
